Apple Developer Account Activation Problem – Payment Confirmed, 2FA Not Working, Document Notary Issue
I have purchased an Apple Developer membership, but my account status is still pending even though the charge has already appeared on my credit card and I have received a receipt or invoice. When I log in, I am always asked for a Two-Factor Authentication code, but the code never arrives at my current phone number until it becomes invalid. Why is this happening? I also try to log in to the Apple Developer app, and it asks for a Two-Factor Authentication code linked to a device, but I haven't associated that account with any device yet. Additionally, I received an email asking me to upload documents in a certain language, but I am from Indonesia and do not have a notary to translate those documents into that language. I registered for an Apple Developer membership for learning purposes. Please resolve these issues so I can continue with the registration process. Thank you.

Phone to Phone Transfer
Hi Everyone, currently am using iPhone Air with IOS 26.5.1. and I have iPhone 15PM with 26.5. I need to data transfer from iPhone Air to iPhone 15 PM but not exist. I did cloud back up in iPhone Air, not successful. I did backup in MBA still same. I did network reset in iPhone Air still not successful transfer to Phone 15PM. all time transfer it showing error IOS not compatible. as per my opinion, in both phones IOS is 26.5 and it suppose to be support for transfer. I took support from Apple Chat, but even they didn't solve my issue. I hope can anyone guide me properly, its urgent to transfer data from iPhone Air to iPhone 15PM. thanks & regards. K. Santosh

(Xcode 26.0 → 26.2) Constant UI flickering in split view mode
Hello, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue in Xcode since version 26.0, and it is still present in 26.2. When using the split view to display two files side by side, the area in the top‑right corner of the window (the inspector / options panel) starts flickering continuously. This happens regardless of whether I’m using the light or dark theme, and even with the Liquid Glass effect disabled in macOS settings. None of these changes have any impact on the issue. I have already submitted a bug report through Xcode (Feedback Assistant), but the issue is still present as of today. The flickering makes the interface difficult to use and visually very distracting. I’ve attached a video to clearly show the issue. I will review the attachment at the time I publish this post. Program Enrolment Stuck
Hello Apple Developer Community and Apple Staff, I am posting here as a last resort after exhausting all official support channels to complete my apple developer program enrollment. Enrollment Details Enrollment Type: Organization / Company Enrollment ID: 9D47L42329 Legal Entity: Jaglen Platforms Private Limited Address: 204 Sapphire Chambers, Frist Floor, Suite # 1075, Baner Gaon, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India Timeline Completed the enrollment form as an organization on April 8th, 2026 Added funds to Apple Account for the membership fee on April 20th, 2026 The Apple Developer app now shows a "Continue your enrollment" button, but clicking it displays: "Please contact support" Contacted Apple Developer Support and was kept on hold / in correspondence till May 22nd and then no response. On their last email on May 22nd, Support has now informed me they are unable to help with this issue for one or more reasons. What I have already tried Multiple support contacts via the Apple Developer contact form Phone support through the developer support line Waiting through the standard processing period Shared screen recordings with Apple support Rechecked the D-U-N-S number is correct and active (used the same number to publish app on Play Store) Ensured the same Apple ID is used inside System settings and the Developer app Current Situation The enrollment is completely blocked. I cannot proceed forward or backward. The funds are loaded, the form is complete, but the system will not let me continue and support has closed the door. This is blocking our ability to publish on the App Store and is impacting active business commitments. I am formally requesting that an Apple staff member: Review our enrollment case manually Identify what is causing the "contact support" block on the Continue button Provide a path to resolution or next steps I hope posting here may give us some guidance. Case ID 20000113044810 No response since 20th of May
Hello, I would like to cancel my pending Individual-to-Organization membership migration. My business is registered as a sole proprietorship (preduzetnik in Serbia), which I understand does not qualify as a legal entity for an Organization membership. I therefore wish to remain enrolled as an Individual. Please cancel the migration and restore full access to my Individual account, which is currently blocked in the transition state. I have an app live on the App Store (ReceiptStorm) and need to be able to submit updates. Thank you, Borislav

Enrollement Pending
My Enrollment ID: 74P7XBUXVP. I submitted the application on 25th May. The status remains ‘Pending’—'Your enrollment is being processed’, and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. The process is significantly impacting my project timeline. I don't have any contact to support via emails or otherwise. I would appreciate if the Apple Developer Enrollment Team review my case and find a resolution.

"Sorry, you don't have access" Error During Identity Verification (Name Mismatch Issue)
Hello everyone, I am currently trying to complete my Apple Developer enrollment, but I am stuck in an identity verification loop and would appreciate any guidance. I received an email from Apple asking me to verify my identity and upload my ID documents. However, I noticed a typo in the email: it addresses me as "Memet", whereas my actual legal name and Apple ID name is "Mehmet Eren". Here is the main issue: When I click the secure file upload link provided in the email, I am redirected to an "ineligible" page with the error: "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files." I tried using the Apple Developer App to bypass the web link, but the app just redirects me back to the exact same error page on the website. It seems like the system is locked to a flawed web form submission due to the name mismatch, and I have no way to upload my ID. Has anyone experienced this specific loop before? Do I just need to wait for Apple Support to manually fix the mismatch on the backend, or is there a workaround I am missing? Thank you in advance!

Codex no longer works
Since today (5th June), my Codex seems to be broken. First there is no response (wait for hours), now it just crash with this error whenever I issue a command: JSON-RPC global stream failed: The operation couldn’t be completed. (IDEIntelligenceProtocol.JSONRPCElement.Error error 1.) I have a ChatGPT Pro subscription and I don't know what to do. I have restarted Xcode, sign out and in of my account, delete DerivedData, restart machine, reinstall Xcode.

Enrollment cannot be completed
When I go to onboard into the Apple Developer Program I get the message "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I submitted a ticket and was receiving support from someone with the "eurodev at apple.com" email account. After submitting my personal documents via a secure link, it's been radio silence...and that was three weeks ago. I've created a new ticket to try and get someone to follow up on the original ticket and it's nothing. No response, no updates, and I'm still unable to enroll. I've conservatively spent $200k plus on apple hardware and services over two decades and would like to now publish a couple applications on my own (whereas before I've published several applications as part of different companies). This complete disregard by Apple is unacceptable. What is wrong that they cannot provide a basic status update or even tell me what the issue is. As far as I can tell, it is impossible for me to resolve this on my own. It's something that has gotten corrupted or flagged wrong in their database. It's not "user error" or something else in my control. It's incredibly disappointing.

Xcode memory RAM - requirements
Last year, I changed my iMac i7 (2015) to a new Mac mini M1 with SD disk. I saw the difference, it was incredible fast...but now after one year of working on my project, I get freeze screen and automatic reboot I have 16Go RAM...and often more than 10Go for xcode ! I work with storyboard and I have more than 100 VC. Do I need to change parameter on Xcode to optimize or I must have now min 32 RAM. What is the best requirement for important project?

App rejected under 4.3(a) after mandatory account migration for Guideline 5.4 (VPN Apps)
Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice or visibility on a frustrating catch-22 situation with App Review regarding my company's VPN app. Background: I originally developed our VPN app under my personal Apple Developer account. App Review correctly informed me that under Guideline 5.4 (VPN Apps), the app must be submitted by an enrolled Organization, not an individual. To fully comply with Apple's policies, I formed my company, enrolled as an Organization, and transferred the app. My previous personal account was closed as a direct result of this migration. The Issue: Now, submitting the exact same app under my new, fully compliant organizational account, I am getting repeatedly rejected under Guideline 4.3(a) Design - Spam: "We noticed the app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps previously submitted by a terminated Apple Developer Program account." The "terminated" account is my own previous personal account! The "similar binary" is because it is literally the exact same app being migrated to comply with Guideline 5.4. I have appealed and explained to the Review Board that we strictly follow all guidelines: Guideline 5.4 Compliance: We use the NEVPNManager API, we are an enrolled organization, and we have a strict privacy policy with clear in-app disclosures. Guideline 4.3(a) Compliance: We are not creating multiple Bundle IDs to spam the store. We only have one app and one Bundle ID. This was a mandatory compliance migration. Guideline 4.3(b) / App Quality: Furthermore, we have invested heavily in a brand new, unique, high-quality UI design that strictly follows modern Apple Human Interface Guidelines. The app works flawlessly and provides a premium experience for our users. We are not using a cheap template. Has anyone else experienced this automated flag when migrating an app to comply with organizational requirements? How can I get past the automated spam filters so a human reviewer can look at the history of this Bundle ID, see the high quality of the app, and approve the migration? Any advice from the community or Apple engineers monitoring the forums would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Create with Xcode 27 → submit with Xcode 26?
I'd like to use Xcode 27 Beta, for its Coding Intelligence features, on existing iOS 17 thru 26 production code. As long as I don't allow iOS 27 as a target, will I be able to use Xcode 26 to submit the Xcode 27 project files now to the App Store for distribution? I can imagine situations where Xcode 27 makes use of a new backward-compatible API feature that Xcode 26 balks at. Perhaps I'll have to watch out for that, unless there's a way to tell Xcode 27 to avoid it automatically?

Codex integration just stopped working
Nothing changed on my end, Pro subscription still active, but Xcode 26.5 (17F42) simply does not want to log into Codex anymore. It opens the OAuth flow and after finishing and closing the window, it still says "Not Signed In". Codex login works everywhere else, including the Codex app. What to do?

I'd like to use Xcode 27 Beta, for its Coding Intelligence features, on existing iOS 17 thru 26 production code. As long as I don't allow iOS 27 as a target, will I be able to use Xcode 26 to submit the Xcode 27 project files now to the App Store for distribution? I can imagine situations where Xcode 27 makes use of a new backward-compatible API feature that Xcode 26 balks at. Perhaps I'll have to watch out for that, unless there's a way to tell Xcode 27 to avoid it automatically?

Device Hub Breaks on use
Hi, whenever I build my app to a simulator it launched device hub but then nothing, makes my Mac extremely hot and cause fans to engage all for nothing. Is it because I'm still on MacOS 26.5.1? Just seems like device hub is broken for me I can only launch testing on physical devices.
