Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Apple Developer Account Activation Problem – Payment Confirmed, 2FA Not Working, Document Notary Issue
I have purchased an Apple Developer membership, but my account status is still pending even though the charge has already appeared on my credit card and I have received a receipt or invoice. When I log in, I am always asked for a Two-Factor Authentication code, but the code never arrives at my current phone number until it becomes invalid. Why is this happening? I also try to log in to the Apple Developer app, and it asks for a Two-Factor Authentication code linked to a device, but I haven't associated that account with any device yet. Additionally, I received an email asking me to upload documents in a certain language, but I am from Indonesia and do not have a notary to translate those documents into that language. I registered for an Apple Developer membership for learning purposes. Please resolve these issues so I can continue with the registration process. Thank you.

Program Enrolment Stuck
Hello Apple Developer Community and Apple Staff, I am posting here as a last resort after exhausting all official support channels to complete my apple developer program enrollment. Enrollment Details Enrollment Type: Organization / Company Enrollment ID: 9D47L42329 Legal Entity: Jaglen Platforms Private Limited Address: 204 Sapphire Chambers, Frist Floor, Suite # 1075, Baner Gaon, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India Timeline Completed the enrollment form as an organization on April 8th, 2026 Added funds to Apple Account for the membership fee on April 20th, 2026 The Apple Developer app now shows a "Continue your enrollment" button, but clicking it displays: "Please contact support" Contacted Apple Developer Support and was kept on hold / in correspondence till May 22nd and then no response. On their last email on May 22nd, Support has now informed me they are unable to help with this issue for one or more reasons. What I have already tried Multiple support contacts via the Apple Developer contact form Phone support through the developer support line Waiting through the standard processing period Shared screen recordings with Apple support Rechecked the D-U-N-S number is correct and active (used the same number to publish app on Play Store) Ensured the same Apple ID is used inside System settings and the Developer app Current Situation The enrollment is completely blocked. I cannot proceed forward or backward. The funds are loaded, the form is complete, but the system will not let me continue and support has closed the door. This is blocking our ability to publish on the App Store and is impacting active business commitments. I am formally requesting that an Apple staff member: Review our enrollment case manually Identify what is causing the "contact support" block on the Continue button Provide a path to resolution or next steps I hope posting here may give us some guidance. Thank you for any assistance.

"Sorry, you don't have access" Error During Identity Verification (Name Mismatch Issue)
Hello everyone, I am currently trying to complete my Apple Developer enrollment, but I am stuck in an identity verification loop and would appreciate any guidance. I received an email from Apple asking me to verify my identity and upload my ID documents. However, I noticed a typo in the email: it addresses me as "Memet", whereas my actual legal name and Apple ID name is "Mehmet Eren". Here is the main issue: When I click the secure file upload link provided in the email, I am redirected to an "ineligible" page with the error: "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files." I tried using the Apple Developer App to bypass the web link, but the app just redirects me back to the exact same error page on the website. It seems like the system is locked to a flawed web form submission due to the name mismatch, and I have no way to upload my ID. Has anyone experienced this specific loop before? Do I just need to wait for Apple Support to manually fix the mismatch on the backend, or is there a workaround I am missing? Thank you in advance!

Enrollment cannot be completed
When I go to onboard into the Apple Developer Program I get the message "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I submitted a ticket and was receiving support from someone with the "eurodev at apple.com" email account. After submitting my personal documents via a secure link, it's been radio silence...and that was three weeks ago. I've created a new ticket to try and get someone to follow up on the original ticket and it's nothing. No response, no updates, and I'm still unable to enroll. I've conservatively spent $200k plus on apple hardware and services over two decades and would like to now publish a couple applications on my own (whereas before I've published several applications as part of different companies). This complete disregard by Apple is unacceptable. What is wrong that they cannot provide a basic status update or even tell me what the issue is. As far as I can tell, it is impossible for me to resolve this on my own. It's something that has gotten corrupted or flagged wrong in their database. It's not "user error" or something else in my control. It's incredibly disappointing.

Organization enrollment stuck for 3+ weeks despite resubmitting documents twice, plus question on "employment verification" for sole owner
Hello, Enrolling as an organization (Steelers Ventures LLC, Mississippi US LLC). Enrollment ID: 7HRY6V44XW. Case ID: 20000117111916. Timeline: May 22, 2026: received first "Request for Enrollment Documents" email. Submitted government photo ID, bank statement, Certificate of Formation, and IRS EIN letter the same day. May 29, 2026: received reminder, documents not received. June 5, 2026: received another reminder, documents not received, two weeks since first request. June 12, 2026: received another reminder with a 7-day deadline before the enrollment would be withdrawn. Resubmitted the same four documents next day via the upload link. Also received a separate email stating you cannot verify my identity and association with the enrolling entity, requesting government photo ID, employment verification, and one business document (I have Certificate of Formation for this). I've now submitted the same core documents twice (May 22 and June 13) and the system keeps saying they were not received. Separately, I'm the sole owner of the LLC, so I don't have an employer, business card, or HR contact to provide "employment verification." My plan is to submit my state business registration (showing my name as registered agent/manager) plus my IRS EIN letter naming me as responsible party, as the closest equivalent. Questions: Is the repeated "documents not received" notice a known issue, or could resubmitted documents not be linking to enrollment ID 7HRY6V44XW for some reason? For sole owners, has anyone successfully used a state business registry record plus IRS EIN letter as "employment verification," or is there a document Apple specifically prefers? Happy to provide any additional info. Thanks for any help.

Developer Enrollment Stuck
Hello, I started my enrollment request for the Apple Developer Program about a week ago. After making the payment and submitting the requested documentation, I have not received any updates since then. Unfortunately, by mistake, I started a second enrollment request and made another payment. I was confused about the status of my initial payment and thought it had not gone through, which I believed was preventing my enrollment from being completed. However, I later realized that the first payment had been processed successfully, and I had unintentionally submitted a duplicate enrollment request and paid twice. This second enrollment attempt was submitted five days ago. After providing the required documentation, I again received no further updates. Three days ago, I also opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Could someone please help me understand the status of my enrollment requests and advise how the duplicate payment can be handled? Kind regards, Pablo.

Payment debited but Developer Program membership still not activated – No response from support after multiple messages
Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program some time ago and the membership fee was successfully debited from my account. However, my membership status is still showing as Pending and I have not received any activation email or confirmation. I have sent approximately 10 messages to Apple Developer Support but have not received any reply so far. This situation is becoming quite urgent because I need to publish applications on the App Store as soon as possible. Has anyone else experienced similar long delays with no communication from support? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Best regards,

Duplicate organization enrollment for one legal entity — need one cancelled, the other processed
I'm hoping an Apple staff member can help resolve a duplicate organization enrollment. There are two enrollments in progress for the same company (same D-U-N-S Number), and I think the conflict is why neither has gone through. An employee submitted the first enrollment; after a long delay with no response, I (the company's director, with binding authority) submitted a second one by mistake. I'd like to keep only mine and cancel the other. Keep (mine, director): NL6K36DN2S Cancel (employee): 9GPJ38H7T5 D-U-N-S is valid and active, legal name and address match, registered LLC with a live website. I'm happy to provide my ID or our company registration to verify my authority. Could someone review and consolidate these? Thank you.

Developer account blocked after identity verification — no access to certificates, no response from support for over a month
Hello, In early May, Apple Support asked me to provide identity verification documents for my developer account (payments up to date since 2016). I submitted the requested documents. Since then, I no longer have access to certificates, identifiers, and profiles on my account, which prevents me from submitting or updating my apps. I have contacted support 6 times (same reference number: 102888223471) without receiving any response. My account is in good standing (active payments since 2016), and this situation is completely blocking my development activity. Has anyone experienced the same issue or can help escalate this? Thank you in advance.

My enrollment remains in "Pending" status.
I am still experiencing this issue and have not received any response or resolution. My enrollment remains in "Pending" status. Enrollment ID: YM3G97AJVP Details: I completed the enrollment process multiple times. I receive an Order Acknowledgement email every time. No payment is charged. No receipt or order number is generated. My account always returns to "Purchase your membership" / "Continue to Payment". Two-Factor Authentication is enabled. I have tried multiple payment cards and different browsers. I already submitted a support case. Could someone from the Apple Developer Enrollment Team please review my enrollment manually and advise what is preventing the membership purchase from being completed?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for Weeks – Widespread Issue in 2026
Fellow Apple Developers and Apple Developer Support Team, If you’re seeing the message **“Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is **” for weeks (or longer) with no updates, no follow-up emails, and no access to App Store Connect, you are not alone. I’m posting this in the hope of helping everyone experiencing the same frustrating delay and giving Apple a clear, visible signal that this is impacting real developers right now. My Situation (and Why It Matters) I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment several weeks ago, completed payment successfully, and have since sent two support emails requesting an update. The status remains unchanged. Meanwhile, my app is already live and performing well on Google Play. I’m ready to submit the iOS version, but I cannot even reach TestFlight or App Store Connect because the enrollment is still “processing.” Like many of you, I’ve read dozens of identical threads here on the forums and on Reddit in the past month alone—individual enrollments, organization enrollments, renewals— all stuck in the exact same state far beyond Apple’s published timelines. What We Know (Grounded in Apple’s Own Guidance and Community Reports) Apple’s official enrollment help page states that after purchase you should receive confirmation within 24–48 hours and that processing may involve verification of legal name, contact details, and (for organizations) D-U-N-S number or other business documents. If any information doesn’t match exactly (even a minor formatting issue with your legal name), Apple may request government-issued photo ID, which can add time. In practice, however, many developers in early 2026 are reporting waits of 2–7+ weeks with zero communication. There are currently no official Apple news posts, system-status alerts, or blog updates from the past month that directly acknowledge a backlog or explain the extended processing times. The Apple System Status page simply shows “Program Enrollment and Renewals – Available,” which doesn’t reflect the real-world experience we’re all seeing. Practical Steps You Can Take Right Now While we wait for Apple to respond, here are the constructive actions that have helped some developers move forward (or at least get clarity): Double-check every detail in your enrollment --Legal first/last name must exactly match your government ID (no nicknames, company names, or abbreviations). --Ensure the Apple ID email and contact phone are current and reachable. --For organizations: confirm your D-U-N-S number is active and correctly linked. Submit a fresh support request via the Apple Developer Contact form (even if you’ve already sent one) and reference your exact Enrollment ID. In the “Notes” field, politely include: --Date of purchase --Confirmation that payment cleared --That you have already followed up X times with no response --Business impact (e.g., app ready on Google Play, users waiting for iOS version) If you have an existing paid membership or previous apps, try renewing or accessing via that account first—it sometimes bypasses the stuck flow. Document everything (screenshots of the status page, payment receipts, support case IDs). This helps if escalation becomes necessary. For those also facing App Review/TestFlight delays once enrolled: note that even after enrollment clears, the first external TestFlight build triggers a beta review, and the final App Store submission still requires full review. There is no supported way to bypass TestFlight or direct-submit to the App Store—every public build goes through Apple’s review pipeline. Many of us are using high version numbers for ongoing TestFlight testing while the production version waits for approval. These steps are not a guarantee, but they keep your case visible and reduce the chance of a preventable administrative hold. Call to Action To everyone reading this: If you’re in the same situation, please reply below with your approximate wait time, whether it’s an individual or organization enrollment, and your region. Let’s create a clear picture of the scale of this issue so Apple can see the impact. To the Apple Developer Support and Program teams: We understand verifications take time and that you handle high volume, but weeks of silence after payment and two support requests is causing real business harm. A status update, even a general acknowledgment of current processing times, would be enormously helpful. I commit to updating this thread the moment my enrollment moves or I receive any communication from you. Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance to Apple for any assistance you can provide. Let’s get every legitimate developer into the ecosystem so we can focus on building great apps for users. I will update this post as soon as I have any progress. —Merek, Founder WRENCH: Pocket Mechanic

External Review - Deleted Build Stuck in Waiting for Review Queue
I deleted Build 16 from the external Test Flight review approval because I want Build 17 to be used and set up for external review. I successfully removed it and it is not showing up under external testing.. but when I try to add my Build 17, it is greyed out and says that Build 16 is still waiting for review. Can you please fix this as soon as possible so I can begin the review process for my Build 17? Please let me know what information you may need. I'm hoping to get this resolved ASAP.

Enrollment to the Program from El Salvador
Good day to you all. I have been trying to enroll to the Program using a salvadoran phone number, as individual Developer, and using my Apple Account (former Apple ID). During the past three weeks I have received the You Cannot Be Enrolled at this time; I repeated the process during the first two weeks, then I let it rest for some days and tried again this week with the same result. Also, I opened Support Cases but this far, I cannot enroll. I will appreciate your recommendations.

Enrollment stuck on "Pending" for nearly a month — page still asks to "Complete your purchase" despite confirmed payment
Hi everyone, and @Apple Developer Support, I'm posting here because I've exhausted the other support channels (the phone callback isn't working and the email form returns "a problem occurred while processing your request"), and I've read that this forum is where the support team is most responsive. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the annual membership fee, but my account has been stuck on "Pending" for nearly a month with no activation and no confirmation email. To make it worse, when I open my account, the page still shows "Complete your purchase" with a "Continue to payment" button — as if I had never paid — even though the $99 was already charged to my card. I have NOT paid a second time, to avoid a duplicate charge. Here are my details: Enrollment ID: 7X64GZX28W Apple Support Case ID: 102895927935 Full name: Deiwidy Maziero Account type: Individual Payment date: May 14, 2026 Payment method: credit card Amount: $99.00 Region: Brazil (I'm not posting my account email publicly — happy to provide it privately to Apple Support.) What I have already verified: The $99 was charged/confirmed on my credit card I am using the same Apple ID that was used for the enrollment I checked my inbox and spam folder daily — no emails from Apple I have NOT made a duplicate payment It has now been almost four weeks, far beyond the stated 48-hour processing time, and this is blocking my work. I'm formally requesting manual intervention from Apple staff to: Review and activate my Apple Developer Program enrollment Reconcile my confirmed payment with the enrollment, since the page still asks me to complete a purchase I have already paid for Explain what is keeping the enrollment in "Pending" status If anyone from the community has faced this same situation (paid, but the page still asks to complete the purchase) and found a fix, I'd really appreciate your input. I'll keep this thread updated. Please boost so it gets visibility. Thank you.

Organization enrollment rejected with no reason. 3 support emails unanswered (Case ID: 102881713619)
Hello, I am posting here in the hope that someone from the Apple Developer Program team can review and escalate my case, as I have been unable to get any response through the standard support channels. Summary of my situation: Enrollment type: Organization (EleveNode LLC) Enrollment ID: Z7S59G8HV5 Enrollment submitted: April 29, 2026 Case ID: 102881713619 D-U-N-S number: Active and correctly linked to the organization Timeline of what happened: I submitted the required documents. I then received a message from Apple requesting additional documents. I uploaded all the requested documents. The enrollment was rejected, with no reason given. Since then, I have contacted Apple Developer Support three times (May 19, May 25, and June 7) to understand the reason for the rejection and how to resolve it. None of these messages have received a reply. For context: I have successfully completed Apple Developer Program enrollment twice before, once with my personal individual account, and once with another business entity both without any issues. At this point, I have not been told what documentation was insufficient, what verification failed, or whether there is anything further required from me. The phone/callback support option is not available in my region, so the contact form is my only channel, and it is not producing any response. This is blocking my ability to publish apps under my company and is affecting my business commitments. I would greatly appreciate it if an Apple representative could review my case and escalate it to the Developer Program Enrollment team, or at minimum tell me the reason for the rejection so I can address it. Thank you for your time and assistance. Adam

My plan is to submit my state business registration (showing my name as registered agent/manager) plus my IRS EIN letter naming me as responsible party, as the closest equivalent.

Adam
