Apple systems reject my company domain — enrollment blocked for two months

Our company domain datario.sk is rejected by Apple as an invalid email address. This happens in multiple Apple systems: at account.apple.com when adding an address, and in the Developer Program enrollment work email step.

The rejection appears in the form immediately, before any email is sent. No request ever reaches my mail server — my hosting provider checked the logs and found no connection attempt from Apple's servers at all. MX and SPF records are valid and all other senders (Google, Stripe, Dun & Bradstreet) deliver normally.

The address datario [at] datario.sk is the sign-in address of this Apple Account and previously worked without any issue, so something changed on Apple's side.

Developer Support has investigated this since mid-August (case 20000137748005, engineering ticket INC103315840). I provided identity and company documents and screen recordings requested by engineering. The conclusion was that no issue was found on Apple's side, and I was directed to AppleCare, where the only contact option available in my region is a phone call.

Our Android app has been live on Google Play for weeks; the iOS version cannot be released because enrollment is blocked.

Is there anyone who can check whether datario.sk is on a suppression or block list in Apple's systems?

@datario Reviewing your issue, it seems to be that you are not receiving any of Apple's email to your work email address, not just for the verification code, but when we tried to reach out to your work email directly, the email bounced. Valid work email is required to join the Apple Developer Program as an entity. Please continue your conversation with Apple Developer Support via your open case.
