Enrolment paid 18 days ago, escalated 9 days ago, no response — case 102952652027
Posting here because Developer Support has started to ignore me and I don't know what else to try. Timeline, all 2026: 3 Sept — Individual enrolment fee paid, charged same day. 5 Sept — Government ID uploaded as requested. Confirmed received. 10 Sept — Proof of address uploaded as requested. Confirmed received. 12 Sept — Told the case was escalated to the senior team. 16 Sept — Last reply I have had. Still with that team, no timeframe given. 18, 19, 21 Sept — Three follow-ups from me. No response to any. Nothing is outstanding on my side that I know of. Every document asked for was provided the same day it was requested, and each was confirmed received. The enrolment has not completed and the fee was taken 18 days ago. Case number is 102952652027. Two questions for anyone who has been through this: Is there a route to Developer Support that actually gets a response once a case has been sitting with the senior team this long? Has anyone had an individual enrolment take this long after ID and proof of address were both accepted, and what eventually moved it? If an Apple engineer or support staff member sees this, I would pls just hope to resolve this.

Apple Developer Program renewal unavailable after changing Apple Account region
Apple Developer Program renewal unavailable after changing Apple Account region I previously had an active Apple Developer Program membership with auto-renewal through the Apple Developer app while my Apple Account region was set to Russia. I recently changed my Apple Account country/region from Russia to Kazakhstan. As part of the region change, my subscriptions were cancelled, including the Apple Developer Program subscription. After changing the region, the renewal option initially disappeared from the Apple Developer app. I contacted Developer Support, and they were able to restore the renewal option in the app. However, when I now try to renew through the Apple Developer app, I receive the following error: “Unable to Purchase. This item is currently not available in your country or region.” My Apple Developer Program membership is still active, with a renewal date of September 22, 2026, so I only have a few days left to resolve this. According to Apple’s documentation, manual renewal should also be possible through the Apple Developer website. However, when I open Membership Details at developer.apple.com/account, there is no “Renew Membership” button at all. It appears that my membership may still be associated with the previous app-based auto-renewal method, even though that subscription was cancelled when I changed regions. I have found reports from other developers with similar situations where Developer Support apparently had to reset an account-side setting related to the previous auto-renewable subscription before the “Renew Membership” button became available again. Has anyone experienced this after changing their Apple Account country/region? In particular: Is it possible to switch an existing Apple Developer Program membership from Apple Developer app auto-renewal back to manual renewal through the Developer website? Does Developer Support need to reset the previous app-based subscription or renewal status before the “Renew Membership” button becomes available? Has anyone successfully resolved this without allowing the Developer Program membership to expire first? I have already contacted Developer Support and tried all of the renewal options available to me. I also tried to use the Developer Support “Request a Call” option because the expiration date is approaching, but the callback page itself fails to load. The browser console shows a JavaScript error in getAcceptedCountryCodes: “TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘e.countryItccList.country.map’)” As a result, I cannot even request a phone call with Developer Support through the website. So at this point: Renewal through the Apple Developer app fails because the item is unavailable in my country/region. Manual renewal through the Developer website is unavailable because the “Renew Membership” button is missing. The Developer Support callback page fails, so I cannot request a phone call. I already have an open Developer Support case, but my renewal deadline is approaching. If anyone from Apple sees this, I would especially appreciate guidance on whether Developer Support can reset the app-based auto-renewal status and restore manual web renewal for an existing membership. I am ready to pay for the renewal immediately, but currently there is no working renewal method available to me, and my membership expires on September 21. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Paid Apple Developer Program membership suspended during compliance review — no response, apps removed (pending) — Case 102975269103
Hello, I am posting here because my Apple Developer Program membership is currently stuck in a state that I cannot resolve through the available self-service options, and I have not received a response to my compliance reply or Developer Support case. Timeline: • January 6, 2026 — I purchased my Apple Developer Program membership for a one-year term and received an Apple invoice. • September 22, 2026 — Apple Developer Relations notified me that my membership had been suspended pending a compliance review concerning possible digital-asset activities. • September 23, 2026 — I replied to Apple Developer Relations and provided the requested written confirmation that I do not provide digital-asset or cryptocurrency financial services. I also stated that I am enrolled as an individual and do not operate a registered company or other business entity. I have received no further response or request for additional documentation. My account is now in a contradictory state: • App Store Connect reports “Developer Program Membership Expired” and states that my apps have been removed from the App Store. • My membership was purchased on January 6, 2026 for a one-year term, so it should still be within its paid membership period. • developer.apple.com/account shows “Join the Apple Developer Program.” • If I attempt to enroll, Apple displays: “Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” Therefore, I cannot access my existing paid membership, restore Developer Program access, or enroll again. I contacted Apple Developer Support regarding this issue. Developer Support Case ID: 102975269103 The case remains unresolved, and phone support for this case currently shows: “Phone support is currently unavailable. Due to high call volumes, phone support is temporarily unavailable.” I am ready to provide immediately, through an appropriate secure Apple verification channel: • government-issued identification; • proof of address; • my Apple Developer Program purchase invoice; • information about my applications and their functionality; or • any other documentation required to complete the compliance review. I am not asking for a workaround or a new enrollment. I need the existing paid membership and compliance case to be reviewed by the appropriate Apple Developer Program Membership / Compliance team. Could an Apple Developer Relations representative or forum moderator please help route or escalate Case 102975269103 to the appropriate team, or advise whether there is any additional verification or documentation currently required from me? My applications have already been removed from the App Store while this remains unresolved, so the issue is actively affecting distribution. Thank you.

Title: EAS iOS build fails with “iTunes service key is empty” on Windows
Hello, I’m trying to create an iOS TestFlight build for an Expo/EAS app on Windows. The project is configured with: Expo SDK 57 EAS CLI 24.1.0 iOS bundle ID: com.i3radleyy.flooriq Apple Developer Program: active individual membership Apple Team ID: R7GLN64JYP The Bundle ID is registered in Apple Developer The app record exists in App Store Connect I am the Account Holder The Expo configuration command succeeds and reports the correct bundle ID. EAS project initialisation also succeeds. However, when running the production build, Apple authentication fails after the Apple ID and password are accepted: Authentication with Apple Developer Portal failed! Failed to set up credentials. iTunes service key is empty Error: build command failed. I have also tried: EAS_NO_VCS=1 EXPO_NO_KEYCHAIN=1 Git is not being used, and the project is being built from the correct app directory. The Apple Developer account and App Store Connect pages are accessible in the browser, and the Bundle ID is registered. Is this a known EAS/Apple authentication issue on Windows? Is there a recommended way to provide the Apple signing credentials or use an App Store Connect API key so that EAS can create the iOS distribution certificate and provisioning profile? Thank you.

Enrollment denied with no reason - case 102915311314
My individual enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is being denied, and nobody can tell me why. Both the website and the Apple Developer app refuse the enrollment. I contacted Developer Support and got the same template twice: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." No reason. No hint of what to fix. When I asked for specifics, the support agents themselves seemed not to know what the problem is. I genuinely don't understand what is wrong. I'm an individual developer with finished projects waiting for release. I need this account to work, and I need a real answer, not a template. I'm ready to verify my identity with any document Apple needs - passport, ID, proof of address, anything. Could someone from Apple Developer Support with access to the actual account status please look at case 102915311314 and tell me either what to fix, or that the block is permanent so I can stop wasting time?

Developer Account with Red x
My developer account identity has a red 'x' next to it like other users have stated. It looked as though a tech helped them correct it. I have been requesting support via email for over 10 days on this and am still waiting for assistance. When I sign into App Store Connect, I can see both of my apps I have registered. My apple developer account at the top tells me I need to enroll in a program and can click to enroll but then will tell me I cannot enroll. I can see myself as the account holder and admin in the user identities. I also have the developer certificate in my keychain.

Need Help with payment After enrollment
I am a developer from Pakistan, and I have been facing an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment for the past few days. I submitted my enrollment, and after some time it was approved. I then received the option to complete the payment. However, I have been unable to complete the payment. I have tried my Payoneer card as well as cards from several local banks in Pakistan, but I receive the same error every time: “Payment Authorization failed on card ****. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method.” Unfortunately, none of the other available payment methods are working either. I would appreciate it if anyone help me,

Organization enrollment stuck on "Your enrollment is being processed" — Enrollment ID 7A7WRTQW97
Hello, I'm requesting a status update on our Apple Developer Program Organization enrollment. Enrollment ID: 7A7WRTQW97 Organization: SWISS KEY TRADING AG (Switzerland, Commercial Register No. CHE-455.888.722) Enrolled as: Organization Applicant role: IT Responsible, enrolling on behalf of the company We initially received a document verification rejection citing (1) a photo ID mismatch and (2) an employment verification letter missing official letterhead and signature. We have since resubmitted corrected documentation addressing both points. The enrollment has been showing "Your enrollment is being processed" since 08.07.26. Could someone let us know if any further information is needed, or confirm expected next steps ? Thanks in advance and have a great day !

It has now been approximately 14 days since my latest submission, and I still have not received any review result, message, or request for additional information.
My Apps — 2weeks with no review or response It has now been approximately 14 days since my latest submission, and I still have not received any review result, message, or request for additional information. I completely understand that App Review may take time, especially when an app has previously received rejections and requires additional review. However, in my case, I have already responded to the concerns raised in the previous reviews, clarified the misunderstood features, and made further changes to the app before submitting the latest build. The situation is becoming difficult to understand because the app was initially rejected for one set of concerns, then after clarification it was rejected under spam, and after addressing those concerns and submitting a redesigned/rebuilt version, the latest submission has now remained without any response for about a week. Could someone from the Apple Developer Relations/App Review team please advise on what I should do next? I am not asking for the app to bypass the review process. I simply want to know whether: The submission is still actively waiting for review Additional information is required from me There is an issue with my App Store account or submission I should take any further action before submitting another build This is a new organization account, and I want to make sure I am following Apple's guidelines correctly rather than repeatedly submitting builds without understanding what is expected. If anyone from Apple can take a look at the case or advise on the appropriate escalation path, I would really appreciate it. App ID / Case details can be provided privately if re quired. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Declined — No Reason Provided and No Resolution From Support
My Apple Developer Program enrollment as an Individual has been declined. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and also spoke with support by phone. I was informed only that the enrollment was declined, but no reason was provided and I was not given any way to correct the issue or retry the enrollment. I am not asking Apple to bypass any eligibility or identity-verification requirements. I am requesting: A manual review of my Apple Developer Program eligibility. Confirmation whether my Apple Account has an enrollment or identity-verification restriction. If possible, removal/reset of the declined enrollment state so that I can complete identity verification again. An alternative identity-verification method if the previous verification could not be completed successfully. Guidance on any documentation Apple requires from me. I am fully prepared to provide my Saudi government-issued identification, passport, proof of address, payment information, or any other required documentation through an official secure Apple channel. Support Case ID: 20000132221925 Country/Region: Saudi Arabia I would appreciate it if Apple Developer Support could review or escalate this case to the appropriate Enrollment team.

Organization enrollment stuck “being processed” for several weeks — no response from Developer Support
My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck at: “Your enrollment is being processed.” Enrollment ID: WCW6K8M5M3 It has now been in this state for several weeks. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times but have not received a substantive response. The Developer Support Contact Us page does not currently provide a “Request a Call” option for my account/region, so I have no way to speak to anyone. There is no outstanding action shown in my Developer account, and I am ready to provide any identity, organization, D-U-N-S, signing-authority or other verification documents required. Could Apple Developer Program Support please escalate the enrollment for manual review or advise whether anything is outstanding?

Individual enrollment rejected – only driver's license offered as ID document for a German account
I have been unable to complete Individual enrollment in the Apple Developer Program for several months. Every attempt ends with "ID verification rejected" and a message telling me to contact Support. Support has reset my enrollment once; the next attempt failed in exactly the same way. A manual review by a specialist team was promised on the phone but, as far as I can tell, never happened. I have narrowed the problem down and would like to share the findings, because I believe they point to something on Apple's side rather than a user error. What I observe: During identity verification, the Apple Developer app offers me the driver's license as the only accepted document. National ID card and passport are not selectable. For Germany, those two are the standard identity documents. The behaviour is identical on iPhone, iPad and Mac – across two platforms and in two different display languages. So it is not device- or language-specific. My Apple Account is set to Germany throughout: country/region, language, shipping and billing address, and the trusted phone number. I have no phone number from another country and no second Apple Account. The German driver's license does not contain a residential address. Any verification step that relies on an address match cannot succeed with this document. Face verification never happens. The rejection occurs immediately after the document is submitted, before that step is reached. One possibly relevant detail: my surname was originally stored in my Apple Account in its transliterated form ("Xxxuexxx") and I later changed it to the spelling that matches my passport and national ID ("Xxxxüxxx"). The enrollment problems began around that time. I have asked Support to check whether a duplicate person record exists, but have not received an answer to that question. Notably, Apple Support initially told me the cause was that my trusted device was already linked to another Apple Account enrolled in a developer program. I could not find any such account, and Support never clarified which account was meant. If a duplicate person record was created by the spelling change, that message would make sense — the "other account" would in fact be my own earlier record. What I have already tried: Verified trusted devices and phone numbers – only my own, currently used devices and my own number are listed. Confirmed that nobody else in my household has a developer account. Tried enrollment from different devices. Removed a secondary display language, reinstalled the app – no change to the document selection. Phone callback and multiple email exchanges with Developer Support. My questions: Which country is stored in my enrollment record? The restricted document selection suggests it differs from the country set on my Apple Account. Why are national ID card and passport not offered, and can the document selection for my record be corrected? Is there a way to get this reviewed by the enrollment or identity verification team? Could a duplicate person record under the transliterated spelling be causing both the "other account" message and the restricted document list? Case number: 20000132833454 Region: Germany I am willing to provide any identity document required – as soon as the system actually offers it. Any pointers from people who have seen the same restricted document list would be very welcome.

Apple Developer Program enrollment could not be completed
Apple Developer Program enrollment could not be completed Hello everyone, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep receiving the following message during the enrollment process: “Our enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” There is no specific reason provided on the enrollment page explaining why the enrollment cannot be completed. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I was informed that my enrollment could not be completed “for one or more reasons,” but I was not given a specific reason or any actionable information about what I need to correct. I am currently trying to enroll as an Individual / Sole Proprietor using my existing Apple Account. I would like to understand what is preventing my enrollment. I have already asked Apple Support whether the issue could be related to: My Apple Account Identity verification My personal information Country/region eligibility Required documentation Any other Apple Developer Program requirement I am fully willing to provide any identification or supporting documentation required. My previous Apple Developer Support case number is 102925711413, and I am currently waiting for a response to my latest follow-up. Has anyone experienced the same “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time” message? If so, were you able to determine the actual reason or resolve the issue? If there is something specific I should check before attempting enrollment again, I would really appreciate any guidance. My goal is simply to complete the enrollment properly and publish my own application on the App Store. I am not trying to bypass any Apple requirements. Thank you for your help.

Account Type Migration
case 20000135074872. Support asked me to renew the Paid Applications agreement, which I did, and then sent the migration checklist. On August 20 I replied confirming every item was complete and that I was ready to begin. I followed up again on September 9, and opened a second case on September 15 (20000153338342), but I haven't received a response since. I have a finished app ready to launch, and this migration is the only thing holding it up. Could someone from Developer Support confirm whether the migration has started, let me know if anything else is needed from me, and link the two cases? Thank you.

Charged Twice for Apple Developer Program – Same iCloud, Can I Get a Refund?
Hi everyone, I’m posting this to ask for advice and see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program subscription. On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99). However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day. Key Details: I only enrolled once. Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫). The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website. My account on developer.apple.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet. I have not received any welcome email either. My questions: Is it possible to request a refund for one of the charges, since both payments came from the same iCloud account and clearly refer to the same subscription? Has anyone else encountered this issue? How long did it take Apple to respond? Was your refund request approved? Should I wait for Apple to activate my account, or should I escalate the issue now? I’ve already submitted a refund request through https://reportaproblem.apple.com, but I’m posting here in case someone has more experience or insights. Thanks in advance!

Apple Developer Program (A Case Study)
Hello everyone, I am seeking advice, or hopefully the attention of an Apple Community Moderator, regarding a structural loop I am stuck in with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. My independent corporate enrollment is currently being declined due to an automated historical account association, and standard support channels have not been able to resolve it. The Context • Back in 2015: I was added as an Admin or Team Member to a past client’s Apple Developer account to help them set up their environment. That client never ended up publishing any applications, and that account has been completely dormant for years. • In 2024: I officially incorporated my own separate, independent legal entity in the United States. I successfully obtained our IRS EIN, established a clean Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) profile, and applied for a fresh Apple Developer Organization Account using my company's official credentials. The Issue Our application was completely declined. Through correspondence, it became clear that Apple’s automated enrollment scanners are flagging my personal identity or Apple Account because of that legacy 2015 admin association. The system is treating my new, legitimate corporation as a duplicate or "associated entity" violation. The Roadblock I am the authorized legal signee for my new US company. This is a completely separate legal and financial entity. I have all official corporate documentation ready for verification, including IRS CP-575 EIN assignments, state Articles of Organization, and active D-U-N-S data matching our exact corporate address. Unfortunately, Tier 1 developer support templates are not addressing this backend identity-link issue. I simply need an Account Specialist or Risk Management team member to manually review the file, sever my identity link from that dead 2015 client team ID, and allow our US corporation to proceed with enrollment. Our business operations and product launch timelines are completely stalled. Has anyone successfully broken out of this legacy association loop? If any Apple Dev Forums moderators are reading this, could you please help escalate this ticket internally? Case ID for reference: 102966456983 Thank you for any insight or assistance. Regards Tanveer
