updated my iPhone 15 to iOS 26 last night and now when I put the alert slider on silent, my notifications won’t vibrate. Even after checking all settings in sounds and haptics to be correct, it still isn't vibrating on silent. Also the apple music search bar is a little flimsy? Merging the text and microphone options

Hello. On iOS 26 Public Beta I can’t seem to find the feature to delete a contact picture from the contacts app. It seems I can only replace but not delete. Is this just my problem?

Under multiple display screens (left and right screens), when a commonly used app application clicks "Window" -> "Move to..." When it comes to this, the app cannot be completely moved to the other window but instead moves to the middle of the two Windows for display. Is this a bug of the system?

While on ios26 beta2 i changed my battery for an aftermarket one. Phone cannot be charged anymore, battery status 1%. So it reboots. had to replace oem battery to make local backup, to revert to ios18. and have aftermarket battery to work again.

Hey there, Just writing here to say how I do enjoy the latest update, but I can’t seem to run it on my iPhone 14 Pro well because it tends to overheat. i can deal with the stuttering issues and app crashes, that’s understandable, but for some reason the hardware seem to really heat up after normal use (scrolling on social media platforms). oh also, I do think rolling back your phone‘s software should be a simpler process as well. It’s not impossible, but the demand of a computer in reinstating a previous backup when iCloud backups your device through WiFi seems like a missed opportunity. Okay. Thank you for reading.

Our Setup: We use a single App Store Connect account for development, which supports multiple environments (e.g., staging1, staging2). Our production app lives in a separate account, so that's not an issue. The Challenge: We have only one configurable sandbox notification URL. This makes it difficult to route notifications to the correct development server (staging1 vs. staging2 vs development) when a sandbox event occurs. We're considering using a proxy server to catch all notifications and then forward them to the appropriate environment. However, we're not sure how to determine the correct destination. Our Questions: What's the recommended approach for managing a single sandbox notification URL across multiple development environments? If a proxy is the best method, which parameter in the responseBodyV2 payload should we use to route the notification? How can we differentiate between our various dev environments? Is it possible to add custom properties to the App Store Server Notification V2 body to facilitate routing? Any advice or best practices you've implemented would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I created a particular ray tracing based photo/video capture app for iPhone (which causes me several headaches in finding the optimal configuration) that which often offers very soft and visually beautiful shots but is trapped in the usual oblivion of apps from unknown developers. While it is true that on the one hand the fact that almost no one downloads your app even if it is free can save you from several gaffes in the early days, in the long run it becomes depressing. So I thought of creating something that could be an incentive to try the app. Not having money to invest in prizes for contests or much more pragmatically in advertising, I thought of adding a function where you can see the best photos taken in your area and vote for them and, if you want, add a photo taken in the competition. Do you think it could be a nice idea? It's true that the problem itself is to overcome the wall of 0 downloads, where your app is neither successful nor unsuccessful because in fact nobody tries it, but without money for advertising I don't have many other ideas... Hello there I have got into a bit of an issue with the Apple TV 4k 3rd Gen with Ethernet . So I installed the iOS 26 beta to try out the new changes I usually do this on Apple TVs but in this case it has a bug where my apple music randomly skipped to the next songs . So after some bit of reading I got to know that the apple TV as a recovery mode which could be accessed by pressing home and pause/play buttons . After getting there I was required to bring an iPhone close to start the recovery process which I did but somehow that process always failed I tried to plug in the Ethernet cable since my apple TV is literally 3-5 inches away from my main router I even tried the recommended option of switching to a 2.4ghz connection but nothing worked . I would think that by apple getting rid of the USB ports on these things they had a reliable method of recovery in case of error because these are computers they are bound to fail at some point . So for now am stuck with a boot looping apple TV without a port and I don't even know how that too came about since the recovery process barely starts and fails. Ps am in Africa where we have no apple stores so we usually deal with our products ourselves

The app is geared by a third party service and I can't put any code into it... What can I do? I've tried for more than a week to join the Apple Developer Program without success but with super cryptic replies from Apple Developer Support. Looking to hear whether this has happened to others and how you resolved it. This has happened: Right after I submitted pictures of my driver's license I got the message "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support". No further information.. I contact support, they say my ID could not be verified, and does not give any further explanation, and not replying to my question whether I should provide another ID, like passport. Now that I try to click "Enroll", I automatically get the message "Your enrollment could not be completed" - AND my dad's name now appear as the account name! Even though I started from my personal Apple Account. I don't understand what is happening. Family sharing is not on. I'm just hitting a dead end of vague replies and silence from Support, and with no actual error messages on what is wrong I'm at a loss for what to do. Any tips or help is much appreciated.
