Pending Termination Notice after 11 years of clean development — appeal submitted, no response.
Good afternoon, fellow developers. I wanted to share my situation publicly, as I have seen others facing similar issues and hope this post may also reach someone at Apple who can help. What happened: On May 26, I received a Pending Termination Notice on one of my apps. The notice states that my account has been associated with terminated or fraudulent developer accounts, in violation of section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. My position: I have been an Apple Developer Program member for over 11 years with a clean record. I have never engaged in fraudulent activity, operated multiple accounts abusively, transferred apps for illegitimate purposes, or manipulated the App Store ecosystem in any way. I believe this may be a false positive — potentially triggered by VPN usage (for privacy purposes) or shared team access with a small number of trusted collaborators. Neither of these involved any unauthorized or abusive activity. Current status: ✅ Appeal submitted on May 26 (same day as the notice) ✅ Support contacted on May 26 ❌ No response from Apple Support as of June 8 ❌ No response from the App Review Board as of June 8 My public request to Apple: I am respectfully asking for a manual review of my case and of any technical associations that may have triggered this decision. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any documentation or clarification needed. Eleven years of legitimate development and zero intentional violations should count for something. I sincerely hope the Board will reconsider. Has anyone here successfully resolved a similar situation? Any advice on escalation paths would be greatly appreciated. Organization enrollment stuck on "being processed" for ~4 weeks — Enrollment ID LHY2ZG9W87
Hello, I'm requesting assist with an organization enrollment that has been stuck with no updates. Status: "Your enrollment is being processed." Enrollment ID: LHY2ZG9W87 Type: Organization (Company) Submitted: May 11, 2026 (~4 weeks ago) Details: The company has been legally registered since 2018. I provided company's DUNS number, copied directly from the official D&B confirmation letter into the enrollment form. I have opened multiple tickets with Apple Developer Support and received no meaningful response. There has been no request for additional documents, no identity verification call, and no explanation for the delay. This is blocking our ability to access App Store Connect and publish our app. Could an Apple team member please review enrollment ID LHY2ZG9W87 and advise on what is holding it up, or what action I should take to move it forward? Apple Developer account help
Okay, so I had an apple developer account with my own org a few years ago. That org shutdown it was a limited company. I now want to remove that Ltd from my profile entirely and use my new limited company, but im struggling to do this. Ive emailed apple support and it seems they think I want to change that org, but that org does not exist anymore. Anyone had any luck with moving from one org to another, Ive heard suggestions about creating another apple account but that seems cumbersome also. I keep getting "Account cannot be created at this time". Id rather have one Apple account with my own business.

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on June 4th and submitted all required identity verification documents, including my driver’s license and identity card. However, my enrollment is still showing as pending. Payment should be processed within 48 hours — but my account appears to be stuck and hasn’t progressed. To make things more complicated, there’s been a double payment situation: I initially enrolled and paid via my phone, but later accidentally withdrew from my personal computer (the status display was quite confusing). I then re-enrolled and paid a second time using a credit card. Would be great if someone could take a look.

Unable to Renew Expired Apple Developer Program Membership – No Renew Button, Enroll Error
I'm hoping someone here has experienced the same issue and can point me in the right direction. My Apple Developer Program membership recently expired and my apps have been removed from the App Store. I've been trying to renew my membership but I'm completely stuck and cannot find a way forward. Here's what I've tried so far: Apple Developer App: There is no "Renew" button visible anywhere in the app. developer.apple.com/enroll: I receive the following error: "Sorry, you can't enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." developer.apple.com/account: The Membership Details section loads but there is no renewal option or button available. I am logged in with the correct Account Holder Apple ID, so that is not the issue. My payment method on file is also valid. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a direct link or a workaround that triggers the renewal flow? Or is contacting Apple Developer Support the only option at this point? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Apple Developer membership expired - no renewal option, enrol loop
My Apple Developer Program membership expired on 15 April. I've been unable to renew through any of the standard routes: The account page at developer.apple.com shows no renewal option, just the expiry notice The Developer app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac shows no Renew button Going to the enrol page returns: "Sorry, you can't enrol at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." So the account is expired but still flagged as having an active membership, meaning neither the renewal nor the re-enrol path works. I've raised a support ticket (Friday 18 April), attempted three phone calls with no success, and the callback system is now returning an error when I try to book a slot. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution? I believe this needs a backend fix on Apple's side but I can't get through to anyone who can action it. Any advice appreciated, particularly if an Apple staff member is able to assist or escalate.

I can not renew My Apple Developer Program
I am member of Apple Developer Program for 4 years. Normally, it is renewing at 27 February each year. This year it is not renewed and also I can not renew it manually. I tried it via Mac, IOS, Apple Developer App but none of them is working. There is no renew/cancel etc option. When I check app only it says you have a membership with a past date but click is not working. Need help urgently!

Cannot renew my Developer membership
My Developer membership expired on Aug 21st. I cannot renew it because there are no Renew button on the Developer app. No subscription option for Apple Developer in my Subscription list either. I've verified that the Apple ID is the same between my Developer app, App Store and my Setting. I tried submit a ticket on Apple Support but can't for some reason. The console log says "You are not allowed to perform this operation. Please check with one of your Team Admins, or, if you need further assistance, please contact Apple Developer Program Support" My users cannot install my app at the moment. What am I supposed to do? Please help.

Korean Individual Developer - Paid Apps Agreement requires BRN or NTS Registration Number
Hello, I am an Apple Developer Program member with an Individual account in South Korea. I am preparing to launch an iOS app with auto-renewable subscriptions and have configured App Store Connect and RevenueCat. However, my Paid Apps Agreement remains in "Pending User Info" status because Apple requires one of the following: Business Registration Number (BRN) with a recent English Business Registration Certificate or NTS Registration Number with a recent Registration Certificate The problem is that: I am an individual developer, not a company. I do not have a Business Registration Number. I do not have an NTS Registration Number. According to the information I found, the NTS Registration Number seems to be intended for non-profit organizations rather than individual developers. Current status: Apple Developer account: Individual Country: South Korea Paid Apps Agreement: Pending User Info RevenueCat subscriptions configured correctly App Store Connect subscription products created successfully RevenueCat logs show: "None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect" My questions are: Can an Individual Apple Developer account in South Korea sell paid apps or auto-renewable subscriptions without a business registration? If yes, what tax document should be submitted to complete the Republic of Korea Tax Form? Has anyone successfully activated Paid Apps Agreement in South Korea as an individual developer without registering a business? Any guidance or real-world experience would be greatly appreciated. Hello, Almost 10 days still not able to enrolll with my Apple ID for apple individual account, shows contact support everytime I tap on the enroll button. I have sent so many mails and calls but no body responds from the other side of the line. Shipping address without any physical device
Hi, I have use case where i dont have any physical device to ship like activating e-gift card but still need to calculate taxes based on shipping address. How can i fetch shipping information from wallet without asking or displaying shipping information on apple pay sheet as this may be confusing for customer (since there is nothing to ship). Question: If i dont display shipping information or dont ask for requiredShippingContactFields will apple pay trigger onshippingcontactselected event and send me shipping address?

Organization enrollment — payment authorization fails on first attempt across multiple cards (server-side, not bank)
Hello, My organization enrollment was approved today (Enrollment ID: 4MRP49V83B , D-U-N-S verified, License Agreement step reached). The only blocker is the membership purchase: "Your payment authorization failed." This is not a card or bank issue, and I want to flag it as the known enrollment-payment problem rather than route it back to my bank: It failed on the very first attempt, before any retry. It fails identically across three different cards (Amex, plus a credit and a debit card from different issuers). All issuing banks confirm no authorization request ever reached them — there is nothing on their side to decline. I have verified billing address matches each card exactly, removed all punctuation, set city/county manually, disabled VPN, and tried both the web flow and the Apple Developer app. [If applicable:] I received an order acknowledgement email but no charge landed and the account did not activate — suggesting a stuck/duplicate order. Because the request is not reaching the card networks, this appears to be on Apple's side. Please: Check for and void any stuck or duplicate order on my enrollment so I can retry with a clean transaction, and Have the payment/enrollment team complete the order manually if it cannot be cleared. Organization enrollment stuck for 4 weeks, 9 days without reply after documentation upload - Case 102888036786
Hello, I am posting here in hope of getting traction on an Organization enrollment that has been stuck for 4 weeks, with no reply from Developer Support for the past 9 days despite all requested documentation being provided. Timeline May 14, 2026 - Started Organization enrollment for my organization, a US-registered limited liability company that I solely own and manage. May 19, 2026 - Initial documentation submitted. May 27, 2026 - Received an email from Gisele (Developer Support) requesting: Applicant's government-issued photo ID (USA) Applicant's employment verification May 28, 2026 - Uploaded the complete documentation package through the secure file-upload portal, and replied to Gisele's email with a detailed clarification on both items. June 5, 2026 - Still no response. 9 days of silence. Apple's original message stated that next steps would be communicated within two business days. We are now well past that. My situation I provided my KYC documents (Passport). I am the sole member and sole manager of the LLC. The "government-issued photo ID (USA)" request does not apply: I am not a US person and I am not required to hold US-issued ID. My valid passport is, per Apple's own published guidance, an accepted form of government-issued photo identification. The "employment verification" request also does not apply: Apple's published enrollment policy states that this is required only if the applicant is not the owner/founder. I am the owner and founder. Documentation provided (full package) Passport (government-issued photo ID) Signed Statement of Authority and Sole Membership Signed Operating Agreement (single member) IRS EIN Assignment Notice CP575, naming me as Sole Member IRS EIN Verification Letter 147C Articles of Organization and Certificate of Organization (filing ID) Initial Resolutions naming me as the sole Member Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S confirmation Context that may help prioritization Our first product is already live and publicly available on Google Play in 177 countries, under the legal entity Novalis Partners LLC. "Your enrollment is being processed" for a week — held on hold 40+ min on callbacks, still no progress.....
Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone who has been through a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization on 29 May 2026. It has now been about a week, and the status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed" with no updates. I also scheduled a callback with Apple Developer Support and did receive a call — but each time I was kept on hold for anywhere from 40+ minutes to a couple of hours waiting to be connected to a representative, without any real resolution. So far there has been no request for additional documents, no completed identity verification, and no clear explanation of what's holding things up. This delay is holding up our ability to set up App Store Connect and move forward with publishing. A few questions for the community: Has anyone enrolled as an organization around the same time and experienced a similar wait? Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped move things along? Should I expect a phone call to verify the organization / authority to enroll, or is there something I should proactively request? Unable to renew Developer Program membership
My Apple Developer Program membership has expired, and when I try to renew it, it get an error message saying "Unable to Purchase - This item is currently not available in your country/region." I've checked regional settings, logged out / back in, restarted devices and nothing works. The error message stays. Any help appreciated 🙏

Apple Developer Program paid but not activated
It is outrageous that when you enrol in the Apple Developer Program, you have to pay for it, but it is not activated. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Does anyone know how to get Apple to get back to me about this? My money was taken very quickly, but I haven't received anything in return.

[License Agreement] Can not accept license agreement
Hi, can someone help me, I can not find any button to accept this license agreement. I am Account Holder, and after clicking to account link, it redirects to my developer account. I accepted it in my developer account, but when I come back to Apple Store Connect, this agreement is still there, and no accept button for me in Action column.

Organization enrollment stuck for 4 weeks, 9 days without reply after documentation upload - Case 102888036786
Hello, I am posting here in hope of getting traction on an Organization enrollment that has been stuck for 4 weeks, with no reply from Developer Support for the past 9 days despite all requested documentation being provided. Timeline May 14, 2026 - Started Organization enrollment for my organization, a US-registered limited liability company that I solely own and manage. May 19, 2026 - Initial documentation submitted. May 27, 2026 - Received an email from Gisele (Developer Support) requesting: Applicant's government-issued photo ID (USA) Applicant's employment verification May 28, 2026 - Uploaded the complete documentation package through the secure file-upload portal, and replied to Gisele's email with a detailed clarification on both items. June 5, 2026 - Still no response. 9 days of silence. Apple's original message stated that next steps would be communicated within two business days. We are now well past that. My situation I provided my KYC documents (Passport). I am the sole member and sole manager of the LLC. The "government-issued photo ID (USA)" request does not apply: I am not a US person and I am not required to hold US-issued ID. My valid passport is, per Apple's own published guidance, an accepted form of government-issued photo identification. The "employment verification" request also does not apply: Apple's published enrollment policy states that this is required only if the applicant is not the owner/founder. I am the owner and founder. "Your enrollment is being processed" for a week — held on hold 40+ min on callbacks, still no progress.....
Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone who has been through a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization on 29 May 2026. It has now been about a week, and the status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed" with no updates. I also scheduled a callback with Apple Developer Support and did receive a call — but each time I was kept on hold for anywhere from 40+ minutes to a couple of hours waiting to be connected to a representative, without any real resolution. So far there has been no request for additional documents, no completed identity verification, and no clear explanation of what's holding things up. This delay is holding up our ability to set up App Store Connect and move forward with publishing. A few questions for the community: Has anyone enrolled as an organization around the same time and experienced a similar wait? Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped move things along? Should I expect a phone call to verify the organization / authority to enroll, or is there something I should proactively request? Age of majority not changed yet.
Although the UAE has officially lowered the age of majority to 18, the Apple Developer Program guidelines do not yet reflect this change.
