But I cannot enroll in the program because my German drivers license or german passport is not accepted. The payment was successfully processed, and I received both the Apple order confirmation and invoice. However, more than 48 hours later: my Apple Developer account still shows the enrollment as Pending; the portal still displays “Purchase your membership” and asks me to complete the purchase again; I do not have access to an active Developer Program team; Xcode only shows my Personal Team, so it cannot create the required provisioning profile for the app because Sign in with Apple is enabled. I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership and the payment was successfully processed. It's now been 3 days, but my membership still shows as expired. App Store Connect says: “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs review.” However, when I sign in as the Account Holder, there is no agreement available to review or accept. In App Store Connect → Agreements, Tax, and Banking, both Paid Apps Agreement and Free Apps Agreement show as Expired, with no option to accept or reactivate them. Hi all, We submitted a request to update our organization's name on our Apple Developer Program account in June, and we are still waiting. It is a simple name change. The company, D-U-N-S number and account holder are all the same, and the D-U-N-S record has already been updated. We made the exact same change with Google Play Console, and it was done in 48 hours. We have contacted Developer Support several times, but the only answer we get is that the request is "being reviewed," with no timeline. This has become a serious problem for us. While the change is pending, we are unable to release updates. Our current app version has a crash that we have already fixed, but we cannot ship the fix. Our users are experiencing crashes every day, and we are losing customers because of it. We understand Apple needs to verify legal entity changes, but waiting from June until now for a name update, while our app is broken in the store, is not sustainable. After several weeks, Developer Support told us we must request reinstatement of an "original membership" terminated on March 31, 2025. The reinstatement request was then declined. Our current team has no record of any earlier membership, and we cannot identify which account or Account Holder it belongs to. We are not trying to bypass any decision. We only need to know: whether the earlier membership is registered to our organization or to an individual, and how to identify its Account Holder or regain control of it. I was never notified of a rejection, a cancellation, or a missing item either time. History: Application submitted and confirmed received; case forwarded to a senior advisor. If so, on what grounds, and why was there no notification? Is there a duplicate or conflicting enrollment record on my Apple Account blocking it?
