Hi everyone, I'm looking for some insight or advice regarding the timeline for migrating from an Individual to an Organizational developer account. My request was initiated on January 11th, making it over three weeks now. The last communication I received from the support team was on January 24th (8 days ago). Despite sending follow-up inquiries to check on the status or if additional documentation is required, I haven’t received any updates since then. Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Is there a specific channel or method to escalate this beyond the standard follow-up emails? Hello, We are currently using the App Store Server API - Get Transaction History endpoint to check whether consumable in-app purchase orders are completed. (https://api.storekit.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/history/) Recently, we’ve been seeing some cases where consumable purchases appear in the transaction history as completed orders, even though they were already fully processed and delivered to the user. This behavior seems to be a possible issue or bug in the App Store Server API. We would like to understand why this happens. Is there any known situation where consumable purchases reappear as completed orders in the transaction history after fulfillment? What is the most reliable method or best practice to confirm the completion status of consumable purchases to prevent re-processing? We would appreciate any insights or experiences from other developers who have encountered a similar issue. Thank you.

Cannot find the Renew Apple membership button
Dear apple support, Our membership is expired in 25 Nov 2025. In my developer page instruct me to access Apple Developer Tools app in iOS and MacOs but all dont have Renew button. I tried to find in my subscriptions in my appstore account and my iPhone settings but no hope. Tried to reached you through support ticket but no response. Please help me to reactivate it. Feedback Assistant, Apple Feedback wants me to install beta software
How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software? A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?

Cannot see Beta Update option for Developer Beta (no matter the device platform)
Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app. Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta. As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately. My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

Payment Completed but Developer Account Not Activated – No Response for 6 Days
Hello, I’m writing this here because I’m honestly stuck and unable to reach anyone through official support channels. Order Number: W1466057949 Order Date: 18/02/2026 Case ID: 102824542025 My payment was successfully approved and processed by my bank. The amount has been fully charged. However, my Apple Developer account has still not been activated. I opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue. It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no response. There is no active support in Turkey for this issue. When I try calling the Ireland support number, I can only reach an automated system — there is no way to speak to a real person. I currently have no direct contact channel to resolve this. This situation is blocking my development work and causing serious delays. I have completed my payment in good faith, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to escalate this properly, I would greatly appreciate guidance. Thank you.

Cannot create new developer account
Trying to make a new developer account but says I cannot. Here are the variables. I have a personal icloud account, it was tied to a developer organization account for an app and company I shut down. I let that developer account expire. Both tied to my mobile number. I can access it but cannot do anything. Trying to setup a new organization developer account using that mobile phone number, but it will not let me create the account. (have a new app/company) Used a different phone number and still got the message that I could not create a new account at this time.

LiveKit SDK + VisionPro
I’m developing an app for visionOS and testing it on AVP (visionOS 26), on iOS 17 and 26 devices, and in simulators (visionOS 2.5). The idea of the app is random video calls. For video calls I use LiveKit SDK. At the moment, SDK the version is 2.11.0. Maybe this will help clarify where the problem is: A user presses the "Start" button, which calls matchingViewModel.startMatching(). After that, matchingViewModel.connectionState changes to .searching. Another user presses "Start" and the same thing happens. Then the API returns information for both users (myInfo, partners, roomId, myLiveKitToken). When a user receives the room information, matchingViewModel.connectionState changes to .connecting. At this point, the connection to LiveKit should happen. In the MatchingWrapperView file, the handleChangeRoomIdOrPartners method checks whether it should connect to LiveKit (when partner information and a room ID are available) or disconnect from the room (when the partner ends the call). The connectRoom method handles connecting to the LiveKit room, enables the camera, and runs emitHasConnectedToLiveKit() (matchingViewModel.connectionState changes to .connected, and information is sent to the other partner that the user has joined LiveKit). When testing visionOS device + visionOS device or iPhone or visionOS simulator, most of the time the video from the iPhone is not shown on the visionOS device. Less often, the video from the visionOS device is not shown on the iPhone or in the simulator. When testing iPhone + iPhone + visionOS simulator, everything usually works fine. Occasionally the video doesn’t appear, but this happens much less often. Maybe you know why this issue occurs much more frequently on visionOS? Here is all the code for the core functionality. Apple Music Catalog API returns HTTP 500 for all catalog endpoints with valid developer token
I’m calling the Apple Music API server-to-server using a developer token (ES256) created under my Developer account. Storefront probe succeeds: GET /v1/storefronts/us -> HTTP 200 All catalog endpoints return 500 (search, artists, charts) across multiple storefronts: GET /v1/catalog/us/search?term=rema&types=artists&limit=1 -> HTTP 500 GET /v1/catalog/us/artists/1359441424 -> HTTP 500 GET /v1/catalog/us/charts?types=songs&chart=most-played&genre=0&limit=5 -> HTTP 500 GET /v1/catalog/gb/... same results (500) I created the Media Services key ~48–72 hours ago. Media Services is enabled and associated with my Media ID. Developer token uses alg ES256, kid=<KEY_ID>, iss=<TEAM_ID>, exp ~6 months. Clock is NTP-synced. Can’t renew apple developer membership
my apple dev membership expired, I can’t change anything so I went to support, case number 102637543521. They said it’s because I moved to a different country. I emailed them my proof of address then they stopped replying. Then I tried to start new support requests but nothing came back, I think I might be flagged by the system. i need the membership to publish apps pls help

MDM Nginx Proxy
I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt. Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx. I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1. Hello, guys. I am going through a situation in which an open validation appears in the system/developer mode and I would like to understand better if this is something normal in this process. Could someone confirm if this type of validation is expected at this stage? I would also like to know what criteria I can observe to be sure that it is legitimate and that I can trust the activation. my developer enrollement is not completed. contact support doest not help
when i start to enroll apple developer account for organisation it could not be completed and in the end saying contact support. but when i mailed to them there is no support or reply from apple customer support. and there is no specification what problem i have from stopping me to complete apple developer account enrollement.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on the evening of December 26, 2025, and the membership fee has already been successfully charged to my bank account. However, my account is still showing a “Pending” status with the message “Subscribe your membership.” At this point, some time has passed and I haven’t received a confirmation email or any follow-up requesting additional information.

Hello guys. I made a payment for developer program. 100 dollars taken, Apple dropped a letter about the invoice number, the order, everything seems to be fine. But website cannot find this order. Also my account in Apple Dev doesn’t see any purchase and asks to pay again. What i have to do in this situation?

Developer team invite form not opening
I received a developer team invite. When I click on the link to accept the invite, a new page opens. There is a proccessing spinner on the page, but it does not go any farther. I have left if run for quite some time, but it just keeps spinning. I am on a mac book pro Thanks

App Store Connect SOC 2 Report
Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. I tried security-certifications emails and got no response so it seems decently hard to find (didn't see on any searches/with aid of GPT). Thanks!

Hello, guys. I am going through a situation in which an open validation appears in the system/developer mode and I would like to understand better if this is something normal in this process. Could someone confirm if this type of validation is expected at this stage? I would also like to know what criteria I can observe to be sure that it is legitimate and that I can trust the activation. my developer enrollement is not completed. contact support doest not help
when i start to enroll apple developer account for organisation it could not be completed and in the end saying contact support. but when i mailed to them there is no support or reply from apple customer support. and there is no specification what problem i have from stopping me to complete apple developer account enrollement.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on the evening of December 26, 2025, and the membership fee has already been successfully charged to my bank account. However, my account is still showing a “Pending” status with the message “Subscribe your membership.” At this point, some time has passed and I haven’t received a confirmation email or any follow-up requesting additional information.

Should I Be Worried?
I Got The Developer Beta For iOS AND iPadOS 26. On my main devices because im poor and cant buy another one. so.. should i be worried of it being unstable? Also i didnt backup because iCloud Is Full and im not paying for a better subscription thats more expensiv.
