Hello Apple Developers, I am experiencing an issue where USB audio input (e.g., external USB microphone) is blocked when using AirPlay screen mirroring from my iPhone to a Mac or Apple TV. However, the built-in microphone continues to work without any problem. Issue Details: I am using an iPhone 15 (or latest device) running iOS [your iOS version]. I connect a USB audio interface/microphone via a USB-C adapter or Lightning adapter. The USB microphone works perfectly for audio input before starting AirPlay. The moment I enable AirPlay screen mirroring, the USB microphone stops working, and it disappears from available audio input sources. The built-in microphone continues to function, but I cannot use the USB microphone while mirroring. When I stop screen mirroring, the USB microphone immediately becomes available again. Expected Behavior: I would expect iOS to allow me to continue using an external USB microphone while mirroring my screen, just like it allows the built-in microphone to work. Questions: Is this an intentional restriction in iOS? Is there any workaround to enable USB audio input while using AirPlay screen mirroring? Is there a way to request a feature or configuration option to allow external USB microphones during AirPlay? I appreciate any insights or guidance from the Apple team or fellow developers. Hi everyone, I am wondering under which settings the camera(s) were set by the time they were calibrated. For instance, one aspect that is easy to find is the reference resolution of the images taken when calibrating the intrinsics, this is by retrieving intrinsicMatrixReferenceDimensions. Making sure that the principal point is referenced to the by the time resolution used when the calibration was ongoing. However, recently I saw that there are focusing modes that potentially displace the lens' physical position. Settings like: AutoFocusRangeRestriction: none, near, far setFocusModeLocked: Locks the lens position at the specified value, and sets the focus mode to a locked state. My concern lies the impact this focusing lens displacements have on the intrinsic matrix parameters, if the lens is displaced, these parameters no longer describe the camera since the lens position has changed w.r.t. the lensPosition set when they were calibrated [0-1]. If my understanding is correct the AutoFocusRangeRestriction is just a range freedom the system is allowed to auto-focus and not a specific lens position. Conversely, the setFocusModeLocked does indeed fix the lensPosition to a certain value [0 - 1]. In simple words, what is the focus lensPosition the cameras were set when calibrating them for intrnisics?

We are a technical team of a large enterprise whose main business depends on internally developed iOS applications. Our Apple enterprise developer account expires on February 16th, and we filled in the renewal application form before that, but it was rejected by Apple. We contacted the Apple consultant through Apple's official website, and they said that the enterprise department is a separate department, and they could not solve my problem. Later, after efforts, I directly contacted the email address of the enterprise department, and I explained our situation. After their review, the final plan still could not renew, but only extended the use of our P12 certificate, and the maximum extension was one year in the end, so that we can deal with the application that is being distributed by the enterprise as soon as possible. May I ask if there is any better way to successfully renew my account? We only extended the certificate, which is not what we want, but this is the only way at present. Dear Developers, I am wondering if there is a way to build on the current "Low Fuel" notification. Currently, if my low fuel light activates while Carplay is on, a low fuel notification is also sent to my phone. If the car can communicate this, can it also communicate mileage range? This way, if I'm in the middle of a route and the low fuel light engages, Carplay could suggest the nearest gas stations on the route within the remaining mileage range. Recently, I have decided to delete all my Twitter accounts, but it turns out an Apple ID was used for one of them, I am unable to delete this account due to that fact because I do not have access to the “email” required. Twitter support says contact email provider, given that I used an Apple ID as the email, am I supposed to contact Apple support instead?

I’m developing an app that has a Fitbit login page embedded in a WKWebView. On the Fitbit login page, there is a Google login button. When I try to log in to Fitbit via Google, some devices redirect back to the Fitbit login page even after entering the correct Google credentials. However, it works on the second attempt. I tested the same URL in the default browser, and it works fine when the page is loaded in the browser instead of inside the WebView. I tried the following workarounds but was unable to fix the issue: 1. Enabled JavaScript in WebView. 2. Tried cookie synchronization between WKWebsiteDataStore and HTTPCookieStorage.

The Bluetooth on my iPhone 14 hasn’t been working for a week now. Everything was fine until, at some point, it started endlessly turning on and off by itself. I’ve tried resetting the settings, doing a hard reset, updating to iOS 18.3—none of these helped. I even deleted all VPN profiles just in case (I saw this suggested on forums), but that didn’t work either. According to forums, this bug has existed since September and affects thousands of people. Sometimes, when I close the lid using the MacOs version Sequoia 15.2, with the configuration to require a password for 5 seconds, the system does not ask for the password as expected. This happens sometimes even though nothing preventing the system from sleeping when you close and open the lid, but it still seems like a security concern. Is there some known issue related to this problem or a way to avoid it? Result of command pmset -g: Configuration:

Different addresses, different credit cards, then it appears pending, but the credit card is never charged and then it "resets", meaning I can do the whole process again as if nothing had happened. Its a document based app.... that allows users to store files into a .memory extension. For example users will be able to create a file called "myBook.memory" I am attempting to create a work-flow where users can "clone" files into each node. PDFs, Documents, Audio, Video, Media, etc. They can then just work with their .memory file and share it, back it up, manage it... Is it possible to retrieve the Apple ID email from the device or verify if the email matches the user's email in the app? For instance, how do I ensure that a subscription is tied to the correct user within my app?
