TestFlight In-App Purchase (Consumable) gets stuck when using real Apple ID – cannot repurchase even after finishTransaction
**Environment Platform:** iOS Distribution: TestFlight Product type: Consumable In-App Purchase Account used for testing: Real Apple ID (not Sandbox) StoreKit: StoreKit 1 iOS version: iOS 17+ (also reproduced on earlier versions) Issue Description We are encountering an issue when testing consumable in-app purchases in a TestFlight build using a real Apple ID. Under normal circumstances, consumable products should be purchasable repeatedly. However, in TestFlight, after a successful purchase flow, the same product may become unavailable for repurchase, and the transaction appears to be stuck, even though: • finishTransaction: is correctly called • The transaction state is .purchased • No pending transactions are left in the payment queue Once this happens, subsequent purchase attempts result in behavior similar to a non-consumable product (e.g. “already purchased” or no purchase UI shown).

StoreKit 2: Product.purchase() returns StoreKitError (2) when canceling "Pending Downgrade" in Production ONLY
Environment OS: iOS 26.2 ~ 26.3 SDK: Xcode 16.4 (Target: iOS 17.6) Framework: StoreKit 2 Environment: Production (Cannot reproduce in Sandbox or Xcode Configuration) Issue Description We are encountering a critical purchase failure that occurs exclusively in the Production environment. When a user who has a "Pending Downgrade" (scheduled for the next renewal date) attempts to re-purchase their current higher-tier product to cancel the downgrade, StoreKit 2 returns an error. Steps to Reproduce User is currently on "Product A" (Higher Tier). User schedules a downgrade to "Product B" (Lower Tier). The status changes to "Pending Downgrade". User attempts to purchase "Product A" again via Product.purchase(). The system purchase sheet appears, and the user confirms the purchase. Immediately after authentication, a system alert from StoreKit appears saying: "Cannot process request at this time. Please try again later." (現在リクエストを一時的に処理できません。しばらくしてからもう一度お試しください。) After dismissing the alert, the app receives StoreKitError code 2 (unknown) with the localized message: "Request could not be completed" (リクエストを完了できません). Technical Observations Transaction.currentEntitlements: Does not change. App Store Server Notifications (V2): No notifications are sent to our server. Sandbox Behavior: Works perfectly. Re-purchasing Product A successfully cancels the downgrade and the subscription remains at the Higher Tier. AppStore.sync(): Running a manual sync does not resolve the pending state after the error. Question Since we cannot debug production-level logs, we are stuck. Is this a known regression in the StoreKit 2 commerce engine regarding state synchronization for downgrades? Has anyone found a workaround for this specific scenario? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

FSKit passthrough sample fails to mount
After building the sample and enabling the file system extension the mount command is freezing. Any tips how to diagnose that? Triggering “realtime” mode for peer-to-peer WiFi via awdl to fix jitter problems
This is a bit complicated to explain so bare with me. I am working on building an app that allows you to send real time video/camera captures from one Apple device to another. I am using a custom UDP protocol built on top of NWListener, NWBrowser, and NWConnection APIs. It works fine, but there are a few issues that seems to all be related to awdl: When transmitting via WiFi over the router (not using peer-to-peer), there are periodic interruptions when the wireless card on the device changes channels for awdl polling. This is resolved by changing the 5GHz WiFi channel on the router to channel 149 (or disabling AWDL altogether which is not really feasible). In order to work around number 1, I decided to build in an option to toggle/prefer peer-to-peer transmission in the app thinking that if everything goes over a peer-to-peer connection the jitter caused from the channel switching should go away. This also works, but with an important caveat. The default transmission is extremely choppy until you take an OS action that “elevates” the AWDL connection into “realtime” mode. I am using includePeerToPeer on the listener, browser, and connection as well as serviceClass interactiveVideo. For number 1, you can understand that asking users to change the channel on their router is not a great user experience, but the problem is the peer-to-peer connection workaround is also not great by default. For number 2, as an example of the behavior, I can send a stream from my Mac to my iPad over a peer-to-peer connection and it works but the video is very choppy until I move my cursor from my Mac to my iPad to trigger Universal Control. I captured the OS logs while doing this and can confirm that something happens to trigger “realtime” mode on the AWDL connection. After that, the streaming is totally smooth with zero latency. Some log samples: 2026-03-19 12:42:01.277968-0400 0x1ae294c Default 0x0 495 3 rapportd: (CoreUtils) [com.apple.rapport:CLinkD] Update client from UniversalControl:697 2026-03-19 12:42:01.278031-0400 0x1ae294c Default 0x0 495 0 rapportd: (CoreUtils) [com.apple.CoreUtils:AsyncCnx] CLinkCnx-6089: Connect start: 'CLink-ed3b9618b4e0._companion-link._tcp.local.%13' 2026-03-19 12:42:01.278149-0400 0x1ae294c Default 0x0 495 0 rapportd: (CoreUtils) [com.apple.CoreUtils:AsyncCnx] CLinkCnx-6089: Querying SRV CLink-ed3b9618b4e0._companion-link._tcp.local.%13 2026-03-19 12:42:01.279454-0400 0x1ae253a Info 0x0 382 0 wifip2pd: [com.apple.awdl:datapathInitiator] Created AWDLDatapathInitiator clink-ed3b9618b4e0._companion-link._tcp.local <To: 2e:f2:5a:15:76:52> 2026-03-19 12:42:01.279498-0400 0x1ae294c Default 0x0 495 0 rapportd: (CoreUtils) [com.apple.CoreUtils:AsyncCnx] CLinkCnx-6089: Resolving DNS f970afcc-1f1c-47af-a3f3-0236c9f9bbb0.local.%13 2026-03-19 12:42:01.279588-0400 0x1ae253a Default 0x0 382 0 wifip2pd: [com.apple.awdl:datapathInitiator] AWDLDatapathInitiator clink-ed3b9618b4e0._companion-link._tcp.local <To: 2e:f2:5a:15:76:52> was started 2026-03-19 12:42:01.282537-0400 0x1ae294c Default 0x0 495 0 rapportd: (Network) [com.apple.network:path] nw_path_evaluator_start [5C54D967-624D-4269-B080-6C7AE63218C7 IPv6#1e905043%awdl0.49154 generic, attribution: developer] path: satisfied (Path is satisfied), interface: awdl0[802.11], dns, uses wifi 2026-03-19 12:42:01.596450-0400 0x1ae253a Debug 0x0 382 0 wifip2pd: [com.apple.awdl:driver] Received event realtimeMode 2026-03-19 12:42:01.596589-0400 0x1ae253a Default 0x0 382 0 wifip2pd: [com.apple.awdl:interface] Realtime mode updated true I noticed that on iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 a realtime mode was added specifically to the Wi-Fi Aware API which I assume does what I want: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/wifiaware/waperformancemode/realtime, but I am looking for a solution that works with the existing network API and also on previous OS versions. I have already tried a lot of things, but is there any way to programmatically trigger “realtime” mode? For additional context, the goal here is to have extremely low latency that also works for gaming. The actual latency introduced in 1 is approximately 30-50ms around once a second… adding a buffer to the stream makes the video completely smooth, but the extra delay on the receiver end is not acceptable for this use case. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. I can’t easily share a reproduce case right now, and even if I could, getting multiple devices into the exact state along with the router configuration in order to reproduce is going to be pretty difficult anyway.

Securing XPC Daemon Communication from Authorization Plugin
I'm working on securing communication between an Authorization Plugin and an XPC daemon, and I’d appreciate some guidance on best practices and troubleshooting. The current design which, I’ve implemented a custom Authorization Plugin for step-up authentication, which is loaded by Authorization Services at the loginwindow (inside SecurityAgent). This plugin acts as an XPC client and connects to a custom XPC daemon. Setup Details 1. XPC Daemon Runs as root (LaunchDaemon) Not sandboxed (my understanding is that root daemons typically don’t run sandboxed—please correct me if this is wrong) Mach service: com.roboInc.AuthXpcDaemon Bundle identifier: com.roboInc.OfflineAuthXpcDaemon 2. Authorization Plugin Bundle identifier: com.roboInc.AuthPlugin Loaded by SecurityAgent during login 3. Code Signing Both plugin and daemon are signed using a development certificate What I’m Trying to Achieve I want to secure the XPC communication so that: The daemon only accepts connections from trusted clients The plugin only connects to the legitimate daemon Communication is protected against unauthorized access The Issue I'm facing I attempted to validate code signatures using: SecRequirementCreateWithString SecCodeCopyGuestWithAttributes SecCodeCheckValidity However, validation consistently fails with: -67050 (errSecCSReqFailed) Could you please help here What is the recommended way to securely authenticate an Authorization Plugin (running inside SecurityAgent) to a privileged XPC daemon? Since the plugin runs inside SecurityAgent, how can the daemon reliably distinguish my plugin from other plugins? What is the correct approach to building a SecRequirement in this scenario? Any guidance, examples, or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

iOS 26.4: No way for users to only approve Screen Time without data access?
Hello, iOS 26.4 has new APIs which is great. This brings new capability and updated permissions "flow". However as soon as we add the "Family Controls App and Website Usage" capability, then anyone on iOS 26.4 and above can either only approve full access or no access at all. (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/familycontrols/authorizationstatus/approvedwithdataaccess) The previous permission is impossible to obtain. Am I missing something? Is this intended behavior? We can imagine a situation where the user doesn't want to give full access (perhaps because the permissions screen says the app is able to see usage - which is not correct) but they still want to approve Screen Time permissions so the app can apply shields and what not. Thanks.

🟡 Yellow Circle In front of my app Name. What does it mean ?
Hello everyone, a few months ago I started building an app using flutter, and a few days ago when I told one of my friends to test it trough Test Flight he asked me why it shows an 🟡 Yellow Circle in front of the app name ? is there an Apple documentation regarding this yellow circle so I can point others to that page ? I googled to find out about this behaviour and it says that my app uses the microphone, but I do not have any code, any library that is using the microphone, it is an Outdoor/GPS Recording app. Thank you.

iOS26 系统锁屏一段时间,蓝牙钥匙和数字钥匙都不能正常工作
Recently, we have received continuous feedback from users that the Bluetooth key and digital key are not working properly or are not functioning; Through analysis of App logs, it was found that after the iOS system locks the screen, the iBeacon background keep-alive function fails, Bluetooth connection also fails, and system callbacks cannot be obtained; the digital key also fails, and it fails simultaneously with the Bluetooth key; We have checked the specific permission configuration and it aligns with the recommended configuration in the official documentation, with no abnormalities. Although this type of issue is not a widespread problem, it has been continuously reported by users and is very troublesome. Does the official team have a clear explanation? Why are both Bluetooth keys and digital keys affected after the app is locked? Digital keys should be less affected. The following is a log analysis of a certain user 1: Step 2, the App entered the background; Step 3, the App's Bluetooth was disconnected; 3-4 The App remained in the background for 5 hours before being launched again 2: This type of issue is due to the system disconnecting the Bluetooth connection when the app enters the background; most likely, the app has been killed by the system when the user gets out of the car, and it has not been revived; the car key also does not work; During the time period from 2026-03-23T17:59:33 to 2026-03-23T21:23:49, why didn't carkey work properly 1:2026-03-23T16:52:11.676+08:00 new_carkey: key:, rssi:-89, AUTH_OK 2:2026-03-23T17:55:51.782+08:00 new_carkey: AppMonitor appDidEnterBackground bleStatus: success(Nimbus.NIOCarBLEKey.State.connected) 3:2026-03-23T17:59:33.747+08:00 new_carkey: ibeacon: didExitRegion, vid: NIO BLE Key, uuid: *** bleStatus: failure(Error Domain=CBErrorDomain Code=15 ""Failed to encrypt the connection, the connection has timed out unexpectedly."" iOS 26 Wallet Boarding Pass – Control Live Activities and Automatic Flight Updates
Hi everyone, We have recently started distributing iOS 26 Apple Wallet boarding passes, which support new features such as: Live Activities Automatic updates for flight-related information (e.g., gate changes, departure time updates) While these features are useful, we are looking for ways to control or limit some of this behavior. Our requirements Live Activity Control We would like to prevent Live Activities from being automatically shown when a boarding pass is added to Wallet. Automatic Flight Data Updates We would like to control or disable the automatic updates performed by Wallet for flight information. Reason for this requirement We already provide our own Live Activity implementation with more customization, and having two Live Activities leads to a poor user experience. We have observed that Wallet’s automatic updates can sometimes be delayed, and since Wallet overrides our data, we lose control over the displayed information. Question Is there any supported way to: Disable or control Live Activities triggered by Wallet passes? Disable or override Wallet’s automatic flight updates? Or are these behaviors managed entirely by the system with no developer control? Any guidance or documentation references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Regards,

Remove Unused Network Links
Apple MacOS Sequoia 15.4.1 Creates a ton of unused network interfaces and it's a nightmare trying to figure out what they all do, what theyr're linked to, etc. It appears that network links utun0, utun1, utun2, ... are never used or useful. ip link shows they are all status UNKNOWN. I don't use a VPN or anything like that, and the documentation on these interfaces does not exist. I'd like to permanently delete them and permanently prevent them from ever being created again -- how can I accomplish this task?

Application being blocked with time limit even though allowed
Hey there, We are being incorrectly blocked by Time Limits since the iOS 26 update released earlier this year. We are receiving complaints from parents that set a screentime limit for "All apps", and then add an exception for us, that they are still getting blocked by the OS after a certain period of time. While we originally thought this was fixed in 26.1, we have recently been made aware it still occurs. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there something we can do from our side to protect ourselves from this? Telling customers to remove their "All app" limit isn't really practical given our customer base, so we're looking to see if there's something on Apple's end or our end that can alleviate this.

Inquiry regarding Local Push Connectivity Entitlement
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your support. I have reviewed the documentation for Local Push Connectivity (see URL below) and, following the instruction in the "Important" section to "Request this entitlement from the Entitlement Request Page," I completed the application process for this Entitlement on March 11, 2026. [Local push connectivity] https://developer.apple.com/documentation/networkextension/local-push-connectivity?language=objc#Supporting-APNs-and-local-push-connectivity-in-one-app Subsequently, on March 13, 2026, I received the following reply from Apple: Sub : Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement From: Local Push Review Sent: Friday, March 13, 2026 4:09 AM Hi, Thank you for your interest in the Local Push Connectivity entitlement. Your entitlement request has been approved for: Team ID: NWKYYYYYYY Technical documentation on this API is available here: -(Omission) - Best Regards, Apple Developer Relations My understanding is that upon approval of this application, an "Entitlements" field should be added to the input fields for creating provisioning profiles. However, as of today(March 18, 2026), it has not yet been added. Will the Entitlements field be added if I simply wait? My account (Apple ID), which submitted the application, belongs to three Team IDs. For convenience, I will refer to them as Team ID SV3XXXXXXX, Team ID NWKYYYYYYY, and Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ. The application status for Entitlements for each Team ID is as follows: Team ID SV3XXXXXXX Entitlements: Present. Applied for Entitlements on February 6, 2021. (Received "Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement" email on February 6, 2021) Team ID NWKYYYYYYY Entitlements: Not present. Applied for Entitlements on March 13, 2026. (Received "Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement" email on March 13, 2026) Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ Entitlements: Present. No record (email) of applying for Entitlements. Because of this, I am concerned that the Entitlements applied for Team ID NWKYYYYYYY may have been mistakenly granted to Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ, and I am inquiring about this. Will the Entitlements field for Team ID NWKYYYYYYY be added if I simply wait? Thank you in advance.

Different transaction IDs for the same purchase between SKPaymentTransaction and receipt latest_receipt_info
Hello, I am investigating a case where two different transaction IDs appear to refer to the same purchase, and I would like clarification on whether this behavior is expected. Additional context StoreKit version: StoreKit 1 (SKPaymentTransaction) Environment: Production Product type: Auto-renewable subscription Transaction sources The values are obtained from the following APIs: transaction_id from SKPaymentTransaction https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/skpaymentqueue receipt_data from the App Store receipt https://developer.apple.com/documentation/foundation/bundle/appstorereceipturl Observed behavior After an In-App Purchase completes, the app receives: a transaction_id from SKPaymentTransaction the corresponding receipt_data for the purchase When inspecting the receipt, the transaction_id inside latest_receipt_info differs from the transaction_id received directly from the purchase transaction. For clarity: A = transaction_id received from the purchase flow (SKPaymentTransaction) A' = transaction_id found in receipt_data.latest_receipt_info The two values are different, but they differ only by 1. Additional observation The original_transaction_id for A and A' is identical, which suggests that both transaction IDs belong to the same subscription purchase chain. Pattern observation on the ID difference We have observed that the difference between A and A' is consistently exactly 1 (i.e., A' = A + 1) across multiple transactions, not just a single case. This appears to be a reproducible pattern rather than a coincidence. This observation raises an additional question (Question 6 below). API verification When calling: GET /inApps/v1/transactions/{transactionId} Both A and A' return what appears to be the same purchase record. The response data is effectively identical except for the transactionId field. However, when calling: GET /inApps/v2/history/{transactionId} A does not appear in the transaction history only A' appears in the history response Questions If A does not appear in transaction history, where does this transaction ID originate from? Why does Get Transaction Info (/inApps/v1/transactions/{transactionId}) return a valid response for A even though it is not present in the transaction history? Why do A and A' both resolve to what appears to be the same purchase? In this situation, which transaction ID should be treated as the canonical transaction ID for server-side validation? Is this difference related to how StoreKit 1 (SKPaymentTransaction) and the App Store Server API represent transactions? Is the consistent off-by-one difference between the transaction_id from SKPaymentTransaction and the one recorded in latest_receipt_info an intentional behavior of StoreKit 1's internal transaction ID assignment? Specifically, we are wondering whether StoreKit 1 applies some form of internal offset when delivering the transaction ID to the client, while the App Store server records a different (adjacent) ID in the receipt. If so, is this documented anywhere? Note We are currently in the process of migrating to StoreKit 2, but this behavior was observed while investigating our existing StoreKit 1 implementation. Any clarification would help us better understand the correct transaction model during the migration.

iOS 26.4: Receipt of previous transaction is returned
Hi, We are facing issue with purchases on iOS 26.4. The app store receipt received is from previous transaction leading to receipt validation failures. There are some purchase success observed for pending transactions but success rate for pending transactions is also very low. We are using Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP) 4.13.0. Let us know for any more details and any fix / workaround available. Thanks.

"Invalid Certificate Signing Request" error when generating MDM Push Certificate
Hello, I am currently developing an MDM solution, including both the sever-side(.NET) and the client app. I have recently been granted the "MDM CSR" signing permission in the Certificates, Identifier & Profiles of my developer account. I am following the official Apple documentation, "Setting up Push Notifications for your MDM Customers," to generate the required MDM Push Certificate. However, I keep encountering the "Invalid Certificate Signing Request" error when uploading the encoded .plist file to the Apple Push Certificates Portal(identity.apple.com/pushcert). The steps I have taken so far: Generated .csr file via Keychain Access Used the MDM SCR certificate to sign the request. Created a .plist file for th final upload containing : Customer CSR: Base64 encoded Signature : Signed using the SHA256withRSA algorithm and Base64 encoded. Certificate Chain : Including my MDM Vendor Signing Certificate, the Apple WWDR intermediate certificate, and the Apple Root CA. Issues/Questions: Is there a specific requirement for the order of the certificates in the chain? Are there common pitfalls regarding the .plist structure or the encoding of the signature that might cause the "Invalid CSR" error? Is there a tool or a specific validation step I can use to verify the integrity of the generated .plist before uploading? I have double-checked the encoding and the signing process, but the portal continues to reject the request. Any insights or guidance from community would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Apple Server Notifications Webhooks stopped retrying on HTTP 400
Hey We have noticed a change in the retry behavior of Apple Server Notifications webhooks V2 starting around March 12–13, 2026. Previously, when our webhook endpoint returned an HTTP 400 response, Apple would retry the notification delivery multiple times according to the documented retry policy. However, beginning around March 12–13, it appears that Apple no longer retries the webhook when a 400 response is returned. The notification is sent only once and no further retry attempts are made. From our understanding of the documentation, retries should occur when delivery fails, and historically we observed retries even for some 4xx responses. We would like to confirm: Has Apple recently changed the retry behavior for Server Notifications? Are HTTP 4xx responses (specifically 400) now considered terminal failures that will not trigger retries? Is this change intentional or related to a rollout in the webhook delivery system? We have called the "Notification History" endpoint for some users who purchased a sub and we are only getting one attempt with the following data in it: { attemptDate: 1773469202552, (2026-03-14T06:20:02.552Z) sendAttemptResult: 'UNSUCCESSFUL_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE', } This was 2 days ago, based on the docs, the user should have a few attempts at least. This behavior change affects systems that rely on retries to handle temporary validation issues or transient failures. Thanks!

Product ID conflict for IAP across staging/production apps
I’m working on a Flutter application that implements subscriptions using in-app purchases (IAP). I currently have two apps under the same developer account: One for staging One for production In App A (staging), I successfully created a monthly subscription with the product ID: rc_1299_monthly However, when I try to create a subscription with the same product ID (rc_1299_monthly) in App B (production), I encounter the following error: "The Product ID you entered is already being used by another subscription." My understanding was that product IDs are scoped per app, but this error suggests there may be account-level constraints. Has anyone encountered this before? Is it required to use unique product IDs across all apps under the same account, or is there a recommended approach for handling staging vs production setups? Any clarification or best practices would be appreciated.
