XProtect makes app hang when running an AppleScript
I now had the second user with 26.2. complaining about a hang in my app. The hang occurs when the first AppleScript for Mail is run. Here is the relevant section from the process analysis in Activity Monitor: + 2443 OSACompile (in OpenScripting) + 52 [0x1b32b30f4] + 2443 SecurityPolicyTestDescriptor (in OpenScripting) + 152 [0x1b32a2284] + 2443 _SecurityPolicyTest(char const*, void const*, unsigned long) (in OpenScripting) + 332 [0x1b32a2118] + 2443 InterpreterSecurity_ScanBuffer (in libInterpreterSecurity.dylib) + 112 [0x28c149304] + 2443 -[InterpreterSecurity scanData:withSourceURL:] (in libInterpreterSecurity.dylib) + 164 [0x28c148db4] + 2443 -[XProtectScan beginAnalysisWithFeedback:] (in XprotectFramework) + 544 [0x1d35a1e58] + 2443 -[XPMalwareEvaluation initWithData:assessmentClass:] (in XprotectFramework) + 92 [0x1d359ada4] + 2443 -[XPMalwareEvaluation initWithRuleString:withExtraRules:withURL:withData:withAssessmentClass:feedback:] (in XprotectFramework) + 36 [0x1d359b2a8] My app is correctly signed and notarised. The first user had to completely uninstall/reinstall the app and the everything worked again. Why does this happen? How can the problem be fixed?

Source view disappearing when interrupting a zoom navigation transition
When I use the .zoom transition in a navigation stack, I get a glitch when interrupting the animation by swiping back before it completes. When doing this, the source view disappears. I can still tap it to trigger the navigation again, but its not visible on screen. This seems to be a regression in iOS 26, as it works as expected when testing on iOS 18. Has someone else seen this issue and found a workaround? Is it possible to disable interrupting the transition? Filed a feedback on the issue FB19601591 Screen recording: https://share.icloud.com/photos/04cio3fEcbR6u64PAgxuS2CLQ Example code @State var showDetail = false @Namespace var namespace var body: some View { NavigationStack { ScrollView { showDetailButton } .navigationTitle("Title") .navigationBarTitleDisplayMode(.inline) .navigationDestination(isPresented: $showDetail) { Text("Detail") .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "zoom", in: namespace)) } } } var showDetailButton: some View { Button { showDetail = true } label: { Text("Show detail") .padding() .background(.green) .matchedTransitionSource(id: "zoom", in: namespace) } } }

Recording a Packet Trace
I want to track down which part of an app contacts a given domain listed in its App Privacy Report. Following the instructions given here I am able to capture a packet trace, but traffic to the domain in question is encrypted using QUIC. Is there a way to insert e.g. mitmproxy into the capture process in order to get hold of the SSLKEYLOGFILE so that I can decrypt the traffic?

App Clips Causing CPSErrorDomain error 2 on Non App Clip URLs
Unexpected behavior encountered when scanning NFC tags. Imagine a link shortener web service where users can create lots of different URLs that are hosted on the same domain eg, https://short.com/unique-path The service has optional App Clip capability -- users can select any of their links and have the service create an App Clip for the selected link(s). Users can encode their URLs into NFC tags and have their customers scan NFC tags. Let's take just two URLs for example: https://short.com/foo https://short.com/bar The /foo link does have an App Clip associated with it while /bar does not have it. Each link has been encoded into appropriate NFC tag. Expected behavior when scanning from an iPhone: /foo -- shows an App Clip popup. /bar -- shows a "Open in Safari" default notification. What's actually happening /foo -- opens App Clip poput with correct metadata (title, subtitle, image) which is totally expected behavior. /bar (the one that doesn't have app clip associated with it) -- opens an App-Clip-like popup with the following error: CPSErrorDomainError 2 (see attachment below) So for some reason when someone scans an NFC tag with a URL that is not an App Clip and never has been -- it always shows that error regardless whether the URL exists or does not exist. I've tried few different/random URLs (which don't have an App Clip associated with it) and all of them show the same error. Additional details: All links use the same domain and URL format: domain.com/path where path is a short string of random a-Z characters. All App Clips are created at the same iOS app. AASA is good: Cache and Debug -- both green. This issue has happened to lots of users on lots of different iPhones and iOS'. Since the issue's been happening to lots of different users on different iPhone(s)/iOS' no sysdiagnose is attached. Actually it works the same on every device/iOS we've tried. Before submitting the issue, I've found few other developers reporting the same issue. What's interesting though is none of the links I've went through comes with a definite answer and it seems like this issue just randomly comes and goes without any specific changes on the server and/or iOS app. Dropping the links of similar issues below. https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/671433 https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/665969 https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/775316 https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/764545

UITabBarController crashes when editing the items
I'm using one UITabBarController which leads to 6 NavigationController. Therefore the user will get 4 icons displayed and one icon with three points to see the rest of the Navigation Controller. If the user now tries to edit the list and moves one item from the hidden area towards the TabBar at the bottom, the App crashes with the error: Exception NSException * "Can't add self as subview" 0x0000600000d16040 I can see this effect at least on both my apps. If the same compilation is run on a older iOS version, there is no crash. Is there anything I have to take care of the configuration of the TabBar, when it comes to iOS26?

Local Network permission appears to be ignored after reboot, even though it was granted
We have a Java application built for macOS. On the first launch, the application prompts the user to allow local network access. We've correctly added the NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription key to the Info.plist, and the provided description appears in the system prompt. After the user grants permission, the application can successfully connect to a local server using its hostname. However, the issue arises after the system is rebooted. When the application is launched again, macOS does not prompt for local network access a second time—which is expected, as the permission was already granted. Despite this, the application is unable to connect to the local server. It appears the previously granted permission is being ignored after a reboot. A temporary workaround is to manually toggle the Local Network permission off and back on via System Settings > Privacy & Security, which restores connectivity—until the next reboot. This behavior is highly disruptive, both for us and for a significant number of our users. We can reproduce this on multiple systems... The issues started from macOS Sequoia 15.0 By opening the application bundle using "Show Package Contents," we can launch the application via "JavaAppLauncher" without any issues. Once started, the application is able to connect to our server over the local network. This seems to bypass the granted permissions? "JavaAppLauncher" is also been used in our Info.plist file

Apple watch Xcode pairing & connection issues
I’m blocked debugging a watchOS app on a physical Apple Watch. The iPhone connects to Xcode normally (wired), but the Watch either fails to connect with a tunnel timeout or disappears entirely from Xcode after I unpaired it inside Devices & Simulators. Environment Mac: macOS 26.x (Apple Silicon Mac) Xcode: 26.2 iPhone: iOS 26.1 Apple Watch Ultra: watchOS 26.2 (build 23S303) Connection: iPhone connected to Mac via USB (trusted). Watch paired to iPhone and working normally in the Watch app. Issue A (when Watch is visible in Xcode) In Xcode → Window → Devices and Simulators, the Watch shows up but is not usable and fails to connect. Error: “Previous preparation error: A connection to this device could not be established.” “Timed out while attempting to establish tunnel using negotiated network parameters.” In some attempts the Watch shows “Capacity: Unknown” / limited details, and then fails during preparation. Issue B (after unpairing Watch in Xcode only) I unpaired/removed the Watch in Xcode (Devices & Simulators). I did not unpair the Watch from the iPhone. Now: iPhone appears in Xcode and works normally for builds. Watch is still paired to the iPhone and works normally. Watch no longer appears anywhere in Xcode Devices & Simulators (no paired watch section, no watch run destination). What I’ve tried Reboots of Mac, iPhone, Watch (multiple times) Watch unlocked, awake; iPhone unlocked and close to Watch Verified Watch is paired and connected in iPhone Watch app Developer Mode enabled on iPhone and Watch Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ON (Mac/iPhone/Watch), tried toggling both Tried on home Wi-Fi and also with iPhone hotspot (same result) Resetting trust prompts / reconnecting iPhone via USB, re-trusting Mac Apple Watch: “Clear Trusted Computers” Xcode: removing/re-adding devices; clearing derived data; restarting Xcode Watch Developer networking test: Responsiveness = Medium (430 RPM) Questions 1. Is this a known issue/regression with Xcode 26.2 + watchOS 26.2 tunneling (CoreDevice / devicectl)? 2. Is there an Apple-supported way to force Xcode to re-discover a paired Watch after it was removed from Xcode Devices & Simulators (without unpairing the Watch from the iPhone)? 3. Any recommended logs or diagnostic steps I should collect (Console logs, sysdiagnose, specific Xcode/CoreDevice logs) to include in a Feedback report? If helpful, I can provide the full error text from Xcode’s Devices window and any logs you recommend. Thank you in advance,

Incorrect menu consistency warnings logged in Tahoe for NSStatusItem, performance issues related?
Is anyone else getting new warning about menu items with submenus when running on Tahoe? I'm getting big performance problems using my menu as well as seeing these messages and I'm wondering if there's a connection. My app is faceless with a NSStatusItem with an NSMenu. Specifically it's my own subclass of NSMenu where I have a lot of code to manage the menu's dynamic behavior. This code is directly in the menu subclass instead of in a controller because the app I forked had it this way, a little wacky but I don't see it being a problem. A nib defines the contents of the menu, and it's instantiated manually with code like: var nibObjects: NSArray? = [] guard let nib = NSNib(nibNamed: "AppMenu", bundle: nil) else { ... } guard nib.instantiate(withOwner: owner, topLevelObjects: &nibObjects) else { ... } guard let menu = nibObjects?.compactMap({ $0 as? Self }).first else { ... } Within that nib.instantiate call I see a warning logged that seems new to Tahoe, before the menu's awakeFromNib is called, that says (edited): Internal inconsistency in menus - menu <NSMenu: 0x6000034e5340> believes it has <My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440> as a supermenu, but the supermenu does not seem to have any item with that submenu My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440 is my menu belonging to the NSStatusItem, NSMenu: 0x6000034e5340 is the submenu of one of its menu items. At a breakpoint in the NSMenu subclass's awakeFromNib I print self and see clear evidence of the warning's incorrectness. Below is a snippet of the console including the full warning, only edited for clarity and brevity. It shows on line 32 menu item with placeholder title "prototype batch item" that indeed has that submenu. Internal inconsistency in menus - menu <NSMenu: 0x6000034e5340> Title: Supermenu: 0x7f9570c1a440 (My StatusItem App), autoenable: YES Previous menu: 0x0 (None) Next menu: 0x0 (None) Items: ( "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4fa0 Do The Thing Again, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e5040 Customize\U2026, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e50e0, ke mask='<none>'>" ) believes it has <My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440> Title: My StatusItem App Supermenu: 0x0 (None), autoenable: YES Previous menu: 0x0 (None) Next menu: 0x0 (None) Items: ( ) as a supermenu, but the supermenu does not seem to have any item with that submenu (lldb) po self <My_StatusItem_App.AppMenu: 0x7f9570c1a440> Title: My StatusItem App Supermenu: 0x0 (None), autoenable: YES Previous menu: 0x0 (None) Next menu: 0x0 (None) Items: ( "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fd7c0 About My StatusItem App\U2026, ke mask='<none>', action: showAbout:, action image: info.circle>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fd860 Show Onboarding Window\U2026, ke mask='Shift', action: showIntro:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fd900 Update Available\U2026, ke mask='<none>', action: installUpdate:, standard image: icloud.and.arrow.down, hidden>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e46e0, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4780 Start The Thing, ke mask='<none>', action: startTheThing:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4dc0 \U2318-\U232b key detector item, ke mask='<none>', view: <My_StatusItem_App.KeyDetectorView: 0x7f9570c1a010>>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4e60, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010e4f00 saved batches heading item, ke mask='<none>', view: <NSView: 0x7f9570b4be10>, hidden>", "<My_StatusItem_App.BatchMenuItem: 0x6000016e02c0 prototype batch item, ke mask='<none>', action: replaySavedBatch:, submenu: 0x6000034e5340 ()>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010f7d40, ke mask='<none>'>", "<My_StatusItem_App.ClipMenuItem: 0x7f956ef14fd0 prototype copy clip item, ke mask='<none>', action: copyClip:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fa620 Settings\U2026, ke='Command-,', action: showSettings:>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fa6c0, ke mask='<none>'>", "<NSMenuItem: 0x6000010fa760 Quit My StatusItem App, ke='Command-Q', action: quit:>" ) Is this seemingly incorrect inconsistency message harmless? Am I only grasping at straws to think it has some connection to the performance issues with this menu?

System-wide deadlock in removexattr from revisiond / APFS
System-wide deadlock in removexattr from revisiond / APFS We're experiencing a deadlock on certains systems when our software is installed, which is causing side effects in our process (and likely others) such as blocked queues and increased memory usage. According to the spindump, revisiond appears to be holding an exclusive lock within the kernel. While several EndpointSecurity calls appear in the spindump stack traces, we don't have any evidence that any calls from revisiond were blocked. What we'd really like to to understand what that lock is (appears to be decompressing an object on an APFS volume), what revisiond and APFS are doing with it, and what might cause it to deadlock. Of note, one of our processes is also waiting on that lock, one thread for reading and the other for writing. This issue affects machines running several macOS versions (15.x, 26.x). The machine in the examples is running macOS 26.3 (25D125)

All notarization submissions stuck "In Progress" for 24+ hours — first-time Electron app
I'm submitting my first macOS app (an Electron app, signed with Developer ID Application certificate and hardened runtime) for notarization using xcrun notarytool submit with App Store Connect API key authentication. All 6 of my submissions have been stuck at "In Progress" for over 24 hours now. The oldest submission is 27+ hours old. None have transitioned to Accepted or Invalid. Here's what I've verified: Code signing is valid: codesign --verify --deep --strict passes Hardened runtime is enabled Uploads succeed: Each submission receives a valid submission ID and the file uploads successfully to Apple's servers API key auth is working: Using App Store Connect API key (.p8 file), Key ID, and Issuer ID Tried both locally and via GitHub Actions CI — same result Polling Apple's status endpoint eventually times out with NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1001 "The request timed out" when checking https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/notary/v2/submissions/<id> Logs are not available (notarytool log returns "not yet available" for all submissions) Apple Developer System Status shows "Developer ID Notary Service" as Available Submission history: createdDate: 2026-02-04T20:27:16Z — status: In Progress createdDate: 2026-02-04T16:45:18Z — status: In Progress createdDate: 2026-02-04T13:40:23Z — status: In Progress createdDate: 2026-02-04T12:29:52Z — status: In Progress createdDate: 2026-02-04T11:26:36Z — status: In Progress createdDate: 2026-02-04T11:21:39Z — status: In Progress Entitlements used: com.apple.security.cs.allow-jit com.apple.security.cs.allow-unsigned-executable-memory com.apple.security.cs.disable-library-validation com.apple.security.network.client com.apple.security.files.user-selected.read-write This is my first time notarizing any app on this developer account. I've seen other threads mentioning that first-time submissions can be "held for in-depth analysis," but 24+ hours with no feedback at all seems excessive. Is anyone else currently experiencing this? Is there anything I can do to unblock my account's notarization queue, or do I just need to wait? Any guidance from DTS would be greatly appreciated. I've also emailed Apple Developer Support but haven't received a response yet.

26.4 beta and RC versions are unable to be created on anything but 26.4 beta host OS
We're trying to create 26.4 beta and RC VMs on 15.x and 26.3 host OS' without success. We see Tue Mar 17 17:27:36 40 anka.log (install) 45803: failed to install macOS: Error Domain=VZErrorDomain Code=10006 "Installation requires a software update." UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailure=A software update is required to complete the installation., NSLocalizedFailureReason=Installation requires a software update.} Yet, if we create it the same way on 26.4 beta host OS, it works. We've tried the usual tricks of installing latest Xcode and preparing it (accepting license, etc). But, they don't work on 26.3 and 15.x. What's the trick to get the creation of 26.4 to work on <= 26.3 host OS?

NSFileManager getRelationship:ofDirectoryAtURL:toItemAtURL:error: returning NSURLRelationshipSame for Different Directories
I'll try to ask a question that makes sense this time :) . I'm using the following method on NSFileManager: (BOOL) getRelationship:(NSURLRelationship *) outRelationship ofDirectoryAtURL:(NSURL *) directoryURL toItemAtURL:(NSURL *) otherURL error:(NSError * *) error; Sets 'outRelationship' to NSURLRelationshipContains if the directory at 'directoryURL' directly or indirectly contains the item at 'otherURL', meaning 'directoryURL' is found while enumerating parent URLs starting from 'otherURL'. Sets 'outRelationship' to NSURLRelationshipSame if 'directoryURL' and 'otherURL' locate the same item, meaning they have the same NSURLFileResourceIdentifierKey value. If 'directoryURL' is not a directory, or does not contain 'otherURL' and they do not locate the same file, then sets 'outRelationship' to NSURLRelationshipOther. If an error occurs, returns NO and sets 'error'. So this method falsely returns NSURLRelationshipSame for different directories. One is empty, one is not. Really weird behavior. Two file path urls pointing to two different file paths have the same NSURLFileResourceIdentifierKey? Could it be related to https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/813641 ? One url in the check lived at the same file path as the other url at one time (but no longer does). No symlinks or anything going on. Just plain directory urls. And YES calling -removeCachedResourceValueForKey: with NSURLFileResourceIdentifierKey causes proper result of NSURLRelationshipOther to be returned. And I'm doing the check on a background queue.

Xcode 26.3 not rendering Unicode/Emoji in Simulator or Canvas
I'm based in Australia, and am having the following issue. After leaving this message I received another response from someone else who is also havign the same issue, I've pasted that too. I'm quite surprised to not see it mentioned, could be local to language settings or something. Here is the issue: Folk, I am having an issue where Xcode 26.3 with the new iOS26.2+26.3.1 Simulator update installed doesn’t render Unicode characters in the Canvas or in Simulator. They do render when running direct to a device. I’ve reset devices inside Simulator, cleared Derived Data, cleaned Build Folders etc but to no avail! Is anyone else seeing this, I can’t find a mention anywhere!! Thank you in advance. Yep. Same here. Can't see emojis on the emoji picker keyboard.

SPM Failed to verified fingerprint for SSH url since Tahoe 26.3
Hi there, I recently updated to the latest version of macOS Tahoe 26.3. Since then, Xcode is not able to resolve my Swift Package dependencies anymore. We use SSH for all our Github hosted packages. When package resolution is running, we randomly have Failed to verify SSH fingerprint on some remote package. Nothing has changed and it worked perfectly with Tahoe 26.2. The SSH have been reconfigured and known hosts have been verified. Is something changed between those 2 versions or is it a bug ?

[Xcode 26 beta 4] Cannot receive device token from APNS using iOS 26 simulator
Since upgrading to Xcode 26 beta 4 and using the iOS 26 simulator for testing our app, we've stopped being able to receive device tokens for the simulator from the development APNS environment. The APNS environment is able to return meta device information (e.g. model, type, manufacturer) but there are no device tokens present. Local Network permission on macOS 15 macOS 26: multicast behaves inconsistently and regularly drops
Problem description Since macOS Sequoia, our users have experienced issues with multicast traffic in our macOS app. Regularly, the app starts but cannot receive multicast, or multicast eventually stops mid-execution. The app sometimes asks again for Local Network permission, while it was already allowed so. Several versions of our app on a single machine are sometimes (but not always) shown as different instances in the System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network list. And when several instances are shown in that list, disabling one disables all of them, but it does not actually forbids the app from receiving multicast traffic. All of those issues are experienced by an increasing number of users after they update their system from macOS 14 to macOS 15 or 26, and many of them have reported networking issues during production-critical moments. We haven't been able to find the root cause of those issues, so we built a simple test app, called "FM Mac App Test", that can reproduce multicast issues. This app creates a GCDAsyncUdpSocket socket to receive multicast packets from a piece of hardware we also develop, and displays a simple UI showing if such packets are received. The app is entitled with "Custom Network Protocol", is built against x86_64 and arm64, and is archived (signed and notarized). We can share the source code if requested. Out of the many issues our main app exhibits, the test app showcases some: The app asks several times for Local Network permission, even after being allowed so previously. After allowing the app's Local Network and rebooting the machine, the System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network does not show the app, and the app asks again for Local Network access. The app shows a different Local Network Usage Description than in the project's plist. Several versions of the app appear as different instances in the Privacy list, and behave strangely. Toggling on or off one instance toggles the others. Only one version of the app seems affected by the setting, the other versions always seem to have access to Local Network even when the toggle is set to off. We even did see messages from different app versions in different user accounts. This seems to contradicts Apple's documentation that states user accounts have independent Privacy settings. Can you help us understand what we are missing (in terms of build settings, entitlements, proper archiving...) so our app conforms to what macOS expects for proper Local Network behavior? Related material Local Network Privacy breaks Application: this issue seemed related to ours, but the fix was to ensure different versions of the app have different UUIDs. We ensured that ourselves, to no improvement. Local Network FAQ Technote TN3179 Steps to Reproduce Test App is developed on Xcode 15.4 (15F31d) on macOS 14.5 (23F79), and runs on macOS 26.0.1 (25A362). We can share the source code if requested. On a clean install of macOS Tahoe (our test setup used macOS 26.0.1 on a Mac mini M2 8GB), we upload the app (version 5.1). We run the app, make sure the selected NIC is the proper one, and open the multicast socket. The app asks us to allow Local Network, we allow it. The alert shows a different Local Network Usage Description than the one we set in our project's plist. The app properly shows packets are received from the console on our LAN. We check the list in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, it includes our app properly allowed. We then reboot the machine. After reboot, the same list does not show the app anymore. We run the app, it asks again about Local Network access (still with incorrect Usage Description). We allow it again, but no console packet is received yet. Only after closing and reopening the socket are the console packets received. After a 2nd reboot, the System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network list shows correctly the app. The app seems to now run fine. We then upload an updated version of the same app (5.2), also built and notarized. The 2nd version is simulating when we send different versions of our main app to our users. The updated version has a different UUID than the 1st version. The updated version also asks for Local Network access, this time with proper Usage Description. A 3rd updated version of the app (5.3, also with unique UUID) behaves the same. The System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network list shows three instances of the app. We toggle off one of the app, all of them toggle off. The 1st version of the app (5.1) does not have local network access anymore, but both 2nd and 3rd versions do, while their toggle button seems off. We toggle on one of the app, all of them toggle on. All 3 versions have local network access.

Broken autocomplete in Xcode 26
Xcode 16 and 26 changes in painful way how the Tab key works during autocomplete. Previously, pressing Tab would extend the typed text up to the word match. For example, we have two classes: NSViewController and NSViewCoordinator BEFORE, typing: "NSV" + Tab used to complete to NSViewCo Now, in Xcode 26, pressing Tab just use the first suggestion. Stupidly. Especially when you want DispatchQueue and it gaves you DispatchSemaphore… That is very inconvenient because very often I want just see all possible cases with some prefix...without need of typing all prefix manually. How to restore the previous behavior? How to do autocomplete word-by-word?

Remove incorrect version
I accidentally clicked on tvOS instead of iOS for a new build. So now I have a "tvOS Prepare for Submission" item in the left panel of iTunes Connect. I have no plans to make a tvOS version, so is there any way to remove that?

Source view disappearing when interrupting a zoom navigation transition
When I use the .zoom transition in a navigation stack, I get a glitch when interrupting the animation by swiping back before it completes. When doing this, the source view disappears. I can still tap it to trigger the navigation again, but its not visible on screen. This seems to be a regression in iOS 26, as it works as expected when testing on iOS 18. Has someone else seen this issue and found a workaround? Is it possible to disable interrupting the transition? Filed a feedback on the issue FB19601591 Screen recording: https://share.icloud.com/photos/04cio3fEcbR6u64PAgxuS2CLQ Example code @State var showDetail = false @Namespace var namespace var body: some View { NavigationStack { ScrollView { showDetailButton } .navigationTitle("Title") .navigationBarTitleDisplayMode(.inline) .navigationDestination(isPresented: $showDetail) { Text("Detail") .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "zoom", in: namespace)) } } } var showDetailButton: some View { Button { showDetail = true } label: { Text("Show detail") .padding() .background(.green) .matchedTransitionSource(id: "zoom", in: namespace) } } }

A temporary workaround is to manually toggle the Local Network permission off and back on via System Settings &gt; Privacy &amp; Security, which restores connectivity—until the next reboot.

Is something changed between those 2 versions or is it a bug ?

iOS 26 WKWebView STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver KVO Crash
Fatal Exception: NSInternalInconsistencyException Cannot remove an observer <WKWebView 0x135137800> for the key path "configuration.enforcesChildRestrictions" from <STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver 0x13c6d7460>, most likely because the value for the key "configuration" has changed without an appropriate KVO notification being sent. Check the KVO-compliance of the STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver [class.] I noticed that on iOS 26, WKWebView registers STScreenTimeConfigurationObserver, Is this an iOS 26 system issue? What should I do?

[Xcode 26 beta 4] Cannot receive device token from APNS using iOS 26 simulator
Since upgrading to Xcode 26 beta 4 and using the iOS 26 simulator for testing our app, we've stopped being able to receive device tokens for the simulator from the development APNS environment. The APNS environment is able to return meta device information (e.g. model, type, manufacturer) but there are no device tokens present. When running the same app using the iOS 18.5 simulator, we are able to register the device with the same APNS environment and receive a valid device token.
