enrollment issue for individual account since 10 days

Hello, Almost 10 days still not able to enrolll with my Apple ID for apple individual account, shows contact support everytime I tap on the enroll button. I have sent so many mails and calls but no body responds from the other side of the line. I am an iOS app developer for about 15 yrs and I am sorry never faced such an issue before, its getting worse.

Same issue. Enrolled June 2, 2026 as individual in France. Submitted passport + driver’s license on June 3. Charged €98.99. Status still ‘Processing’ after 4 days, despite the 48-hour processing time indicated by Apple. This is blocking my app development. Order number: MSHNVFVBK6
