Go into your developer account and make sure you've accepted the latest Developer Program License Agreement. Once that's resolved, try the download again.
And if the button on the download page still doesn't work, that may be a caching issue. Try right clicking the download button, copy the link, and open it in a new window.

It's broken again: "Note: Version 26.0.0 is the last release of this toolkit and is not compatible with macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or visionOS 27 and later."

The Foundation Models Adaptor Training Toolkit is now deprecated. In addition to Foundation Models features, take a look at the new Core AI framework for additional customizability!
