Is there anyone here who can provide an answer, or is it related to someone who belongs to the App Review department at Apple? We uploaded an app to the App Store and discovered a bug that disables activity. We uploaded an update with the bug fix and now we are waiting for Apple to review the latest version and approve uploading it to the store. Thousands of users are waiting and leaving us. Losses of a lot of money and more importantly - a bad user experience. If there is anyone here who can help us, or knows someone who can speed up the process, we are more than happy!!! It is critical and urgent. And yes, we signed up for Apple's fast track program... It didn't help. Thanks!

Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account. The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message: Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail. None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). I tried it many times with same result. I don't know what is wrong.

I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation. Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection. I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them. It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me. Can anyone tell me what is the problem. Thank you

I'm receiving this error when attempting to log into my game and authenticating via Firebase and Game Center. I am using Unity to develop my game and have been able to successfully authenticate with Google Play and Apple Sign In but Game Center is giving some trouble. The error seems easy enough except I have triple checked that I am signed in to Game Center with the profile that is set up in Sandbox Testing. Other things I have verified: I have a provisioning profile and game center is on it. In xCode I have Game Center on my signing capabilities, entitlements, and have the GameKit.framework in my Link Binary with Libraries. Any ideas as to what may be causing this error to throw? Maybe another step I missed somewhere?

Hey everyone, I'm facing a major issue. I enrolled in the Apple Developer program, but when I logged into the Developer app on my personal phone (which is linked to my personal Apple ID), the subscription got transferred to my personal account.

Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications? Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid. Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.

Hi to whom it may concern, My company has hired an outsource to help us in developing our mobile app. But the person haven't received any invitation email to create developer account for their email company domain. The outsource company has checked with their infra team, either the invitation email was blocked, but it wasn't. Is there any solution for this? as summary my current company is inviting an outsource that used their company email to create developer account. but the email hasn't reached their end.

I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error: "The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team." Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke." Steps I've tried so far: Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache Logged out and back into my Developer account Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks) Additional Info: The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution. The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.

I live outside of the US and I paid for my developer account back in November 11th 2024, and my status is still pending with no sign that the account will be approved any time soon. Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. Our company is working on Smartphone integration - CarPlay, because of that we need to access MFi for some certification. I went through the enrollment, but the payment gets stuck after confirmation and after some minutes it tells me it takes very long time to proceed. How can I enroll for MFi?

Hi, I am looking for a way to implement X-day free trial and then the feature would be locked. User should purchase the in app purchase to unlock the feature after trial period if they wish to continue to use it. From the older post, I can see other people suggest non-consumable tier-0 IAP will should cost nothing. From app store connect, I am not able to find 0 dollar as an option. I can see in apple's storekit documentation. There are officially a free trial subscription. I don't believe this can fit in my use case. Is anyone still able to create free in app purchase ?
