Delay migrating membership from Individual to Organization
It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

Can I access Enterprise APIs for visionOS (main camera) with an individual developer account?
Hello, my name is Kanazawa Kenta, and I am a university student currently conducting research and development using visionOS. In my project, I would like to access the main camera using the Enterprise APIs for visionOS. However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how I can gain access, or alternative ways to use the main camera for research in visionOS. Thank you for your help. Developer Enrollment
A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

Unknown Error During Apple Developer Enrollment
Hi, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for my current company. Everything seemed fine, but since yesterday, I keep encountering an 'Unknown Error' when I try to complete the enrollment. I've checked my internet connection, updated my device, and tried multiple browsers, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before or have suggestions on how to resolve it?

My Apple account got "locked" and access "denied" - and I have production apps on there
Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.

Unable to save App ID capabilities in Apple Developer portal
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved. App ID: com.kangarli.lucary Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID) Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains Other sections of the Developer portal work normally Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround? Unable to Accept Invite
I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation. The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account. What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment — Pending for Over 3 Weeks (D-U-N-S Verified)
Hello, I’m posting here to seek guidance or visibility regarding a delayed Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed my organization enrollment over three weeks ago and provided a valid D-U-N-S number, which is correctly listed and verifiable. Since submitting the enrollment: The status has remained unchanged I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support three times via email I’ve received no response or timeline updates There is no option shown to request a phone call At this point, I’m unable to proceed with TestFlight, app distribution, or further development planning, and the lack of communication has made it difficult to understand next steps or expected timelines. If anyone from Apple Support or the community can advise: Whether this delay is expected If additional verification steps are required Or how best to escalate appropriately I’d really appreciate the guidance. ApplePay mTLS long response time
I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS. I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result. Wondering if anyone had the same issue. Random issues can not create developer accounts
I can't create a developer account. Ongoing Support Failure – Repeated Case IDs, No Resolution
I’ve submitted several requests over the past days to get help updating the corporation information on my existing, paid Apple Developer account. So far, all I’ve received are automated emails saying “Thanks for contacting Apple Support”—each with a new case ID, but no actual progress. I even tried requesting a phone call multiple times, but that too just resulted in the same meaningless email with yet another case number. Not a single person has contacted me, and the issue remains completely unresolved. This is deeply frustrating and unacceptable, especially when the matter is time-sensitive. It feels like all support channels are shut off. I'm honestly shocked at how unresponsive and ineffective Apple Developer Support has become. I need urgent, human help. How do I escalate this beyond automated replies? Would appreciate if someone from Apple or the community can point me in the right direction. My app worked correctly using iOS 18. I tried to down grade back to iOS 18, but there are no signed ipsw file available. How can I down grade my iphone back to iOS 18?

enrollment process stuck!!!!
Hey, I'm already waiting for enrollment approval for more then 2 months. apple not communicate with me and not answer to my emails. I attache everything that was needed but they just disappear. is there a way to call them or something?

Wrong name on checkout
Hi, i want to signup for the dev program but after scanning my id the first name was wrong. I sent a message to support already and waiting but is it safe to checkout with the wrong first name? or should i just wait for them to fix it

Starting with iPhone 17, the output image of avcapturesession is displayed horizontally.
For iPhones 16 and below, orientation is applied in UIImage or CIImage, but not for iPhone 17. The camera is front-facing, and it uses Vision to capture facial images. Thanks for your help.

Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong.
Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?
