Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Can you please guide me through what went wrong and how I can try again? Thank you.

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response? I'm receiving this error when attempting to log into my game and authenticating via Firebase and Game Center. I am using Unity to develop my game and have been able to successfully authenticate with Google Play and Apple Sign In but Game Center is giving some trouble. The error seems easy enough except I have triple checked that I am signed in to Game Center with the profile that is set up in Sandbox Testing. Other things I have verified: I have a provisioning profile and game center is on it. In xCode I have Game Center on my signing capabilities, entitlements, and have the GameKit.framework in my Link Binary with Libraries. Any ideas as to what may be causing this error to throw? Maybe another step I missed somewhere?

The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I have enrolled for being a developer 4 days ago. My Enrollment ID: R2V23J5GYP. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 6th of March but there have been no updates since then. Hi Apple Developer Community, Since March 2nd, we’ve been trying to register a corporate account for our U.S. company. However, we stopped receiving any updates after March 18th. The last message we received was: "We have received your documents and we'll contact you when an update is available." We’ve followed up several times since then, explaining that we have an app launch and a marketing campaign scheduled for early April, but we still haven’t heard back. Here are our ticket numbers: 102547989016 and 102558098664. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or does anyone know how we can get some help? I get this error: Apple 403 detected - Access forbidden. This request is forbidden for security reasons - You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder, [redacted], or an Admin. But I have access to the membership resource as a developer, and my account is not blocked. What is the reason?

After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents). Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received. My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers. Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success. Our organization has an active Apple Developer membership, but since last month, we’ve been unable to access our team information or manage certificates. Our apps are still active in App Store Connect, but we cannot update them. On the Developer account page, a “Join Now” button appears, but clicking it results in the message: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the account holder of a membership.” Additionally, this account was originally registered with an older email when it was used to create a personal developer account in 2015—nearly 10 years ago. My membership got expired and I don't see the renew button anywhere on the website or the developer app. In my case, I have changed the developer account email address 6 months ago and the new email was not mapped for renewal that's why the renew button was not showing (I guess). I tried to reach to Apple support, the phone support wasn't available so I wrote couple of emails. After 48 hrs they have sent an email saying the new email address has been mapped but still I see no renew button. I added required funds and disabled the auto-renew option yet no hope. it's been four days still no replay from Apple. I was constantly checking for the phone support. Today I saw phone support was available so I immediately requested the call and explained the support staff about my situation and he fixed within a minute. so guys if you are facing similar issue and see no solution even after contacting multiple times via emails, wait for phone support and request a call. My business is trying to renew our Apple Account. On renewal we get a message saying we’ll receiving an enrollment status email soon - we are yet to receive one and it’s been over a week. Our Apps have since been removed from the App Store. We have multiple cases open with Developer Support, the only response to date was with a number to call. That number was for consumer support and thus couldn’t help. How can we get hold of someone to assist? This is having a massive impact on our business.
