Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

Hi everyone, I transitioned my Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization almost two weeks ago, and ever since, I cannot upload builds, generate API keys, or create certificates. Everything worked perfectly before the transition, and I’ve used the same setup. The biggest issue isn’t just the technical problem—it’s Apple Support’s terrible handling of it: They keep copy-pasting the same request for information, even though I’ve sent everything multiple times. When I call, they say "Everything looks good on our end", but nothing is actually fixed. After asking for the same info repeatedly, they disappear and don’t provide any updates. The only unusual thing in my account is that I have two Free Apps Agreements, and one is showing on "Pending User Info", but I have no option to input anything. Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. So far, we have been using Google Maps to determine distance along a certain route for a MacOS app to register kilometers for a business administration app. But, this is no longer possible, as the login for google maps no longer works. I understand we would have to pay to continue using the Google Maps service as it was and we would have to make changes to the app. That would be ok, but I was just wondering does any developer on this forum have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Or even maybe have suggestions, to make this work better than before. Three suggestions by chatgpt: use ANWB route planner using google maps, Pro6pp, or to useWisp.Software (something I haven't heard of before. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome. I signed up for the dev account three days ago. I’ve sent multiple emails and requested a phone call multiple times and no one has responded to me.

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

When I open developer.apple.com I do not see my other teams on the top right dropdown. After logging in, it directly takes me to one of my teams which is Nautilus and It does not allow me to change to other teams.
