Hello, i just noticed that when i download an app through the App Store on my iPhone, the app i downloaded does not appear on my home screen or in the App Library. is there any work around for me to make them appear at least in the App Library? the only way to open or to place an app on my home screen I downloaded after upgrading to iOS 18.4 Beta 3 is to search for it in Spotlight or in the App Store. as title suggests i want to reset adID on my iphone

I hope questions about third party APIs are allowed. If not I guess a delete is in order. That said.... I am looking to do an app for dog owners, trainers and enterprises such as shelters & boarding, and a couple of features require access to one or more cameras in real time. So I have been looking for hardware that provides an API and coming up empty. So far as I can tell none of the major pet cam companies, like Furbo, Petcube or Eufy. Even security cameras like the TP-Link Tapo doesn't seem to. Am I just failing epically in my search formulation, or are all these companies playing the printer game and selling the camera cheap and making all their money in the monthly subscription to actually be able to use the hardware, and keeping that to themselves? And, can anyone recommend decent to good third party hardware that does provide a Swift API? Or am I better off just targeting the use of iPhone & iPad and Mac cameras? It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing.

I updated my Macbook Pro this week, macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 and now the Password app isn't working. When I log into my regularly saved sites, and I click user name, the Password app login modal pops up, but when I click it, NOTHING happens. If I manually type in my user name (which was unnecessary prior to the recent update), then SOMETIMES I get the fingerprint, but most times I don't. I am using the Chrome browser. I have attached a screenshot of the typical issue I experience.

I have been using US Cellular without any issues, and my previous device worked seamlessly with a stable connection. However, after updating to iOS 18.3 (22D5040d), I have been experiencing significant connectivity problems. In most locations, I have no internet access, and when I do, the speeds are extremely slow, typically around 2 Mbps at best.

After connecting to a Passpoint network on macOS, the SSID field is displayed as empty. Bugs ? Passpoint connections are established and function correctly, with network communication unimpeded. However, a display issue where the SSID field is blank is present on macOS versions 13 through 15 inclusive. This issue persists even when utilizing connection profiles created with Apple Configurator. Help me. Thks

Since running 18.4 beta 3 my phone doesn’t stop charging at its pre determining % it’s set at 80% and until now has always held at that percentage but since installing beta 3 it’s gone to 100% and held at that when charging overnight anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, I have a Retina 13 inch 2020 macbook air and an iPad 7. My macbook is updated to macOS sonoma and my iPad is updated to iPadOS 18.3. I want to use the sidecar feature on my mac and project the macbook display onto my iPad. I remember it working around a year ago when I used this feature before, but now it's telling me I have issues connecting due to my iPad's WiFi being 'unavailable.' However, my iPad isn't connecting to hot-spot, my mac isn't sharing the internet connection, they're linked to the same apple ID account, and they're on the same WiFi network. I've tried connecting both wirelessly and wired (and trusted the computer) but no matter how much I troubleshoot it, it won't connect. I'd be really grateful if somebody could help me fix this. Hi, I did get the renew invoice in email but there was an additional charge the same day / time for $6.19 from Apple , seems like it is related but cannot find any invoice in email or anything other than a charge line on the credit card. Does anyone have any idea what this additional charge might be? Still waiting to hear back from Apple.

when I receive calls on my mobile number and I am connected to a Wifi, the calls is cancelled after the second ring and the caller receives a busy signal. That means I cannot receive calls anymore. This problems happens with different mobile providers and does not occur on my Samsung Galaxy Phone with the same number (eSim). Even when I disable WIFI Calling the problem persists, when I am connected to a WIFI. Only when I disable the WIFI Connect and I am only connected to the mobile carrier, the calls go throuhg in a normal way. VERY annoying and hast not been fixed with Beta 3 of iOS 18.4. Any clue how this can be solved with settings? Hope Apple fixes this very soon!

Since macOS 15.4 Beta 2, my App Store has been unable to install or download any new applications; it can only download applications I have previously purchased. It appears as follows: when I click 'Get,' the system spins to load and then returns to the initial state. Upon checking system error reports, it seems there's an issue with AMSUIPaymentViewService_macOS [2113]. This problem persists despite changing credit cards or even removing all credit cards. macOS 15.4 Beta 3 has not fixed this error.

Hi Apple Team & Everyone, Can someone guide me why sending 'diskutil eraseDisk APFS "WIPED" GPT /dev/disk0' command via terminal to remove/wipe the main physical drive (disk0) is failed? I tried booting into recovery mode, but it still didn’t work. The command returned the following error: Started erase on disk0 Unmounting disk The volume on disk0 couldn't be unmounted because it is in use by process 0 (kernel). Error: -69877: Couldn't open device I understand that we can use Disk Utility (GUI) to unmount and erase the drive. Is it possible to perform this operation via Terminal to erase disk0? So this is a long shot. My apple device has been hacked. In March, my credit card, which is in apple pay, started to get used, until May. It was used for thousands of dollars. In July i discovered installed and generally “invisible” files in the files app. I’ve called All IPhone that was a contact file. when i started deleting everything from my phone, all messages and photos and accounts, it became obvious i was signed into the app store in a sandbox account i never signed up for or into. I believe this is one method by device as compromised through apple. does anyone have any ideas on if it would be possible for a hacker to use my apple pay through some scam developer who had initiated a testing agreement between myself and them?
