App Review Issue

It has been approximately three weeks since we submitted our app for review via App Store Connect, but it remains "In Review" and the review process has not been completed. For this reason, we also requested an expedited app review to the App Review Team last week.

Will the review proceed if we simply wait? Is there any way to check the detailed status of this app review?

I’m in the exact same situation—submitted my app over three weeks ago, and it’s still stuck on “In Review” with zero updates. I’ve also reached out via email and even filed an expedited review request, but haven’t heard anything back or seen any movement in App Store Connect. It’s really confusing and frustrating—how can a review take this long without any communication or status change? Is anyone else experiencing this? And more importantly, is there actually anything we can do besides just waiting indefinitely? Apple’s review process usually isn’t this slow, so I’m starting to wonder if something’s broken on their end… Would appreciate any insights or updates from others who’ve managed to get through this!

Yeah same issue here. It looks like nothing will happen. Did it already got reviewed? Or are you still waiting lol?

We have the same sutiation. More than week ago submitted 2 apps, and it's still stuck on "In Review" status with zero updates.

No updates in statuses. No updates from email support Apple Team.

We create some tickets on support tab, but no updates from Apple Team.

No updates anywhere on why it's taking so long, and the 'social media intern' above keeps saying just contact us as if we haven't already. How about a real update on why you aren't approving existing apps at a minimum this is costing us a lot of $$$

@ToshiyukiTakeda Any update? @App Review In my case, I uploaded my game on Feb 6 and am still waiting for a review. In the mail, they always say. No issues with the app upload. Just wait until they review it.

My app, which was stuck in Apple's review process as mentioned. After that my App rejected multiple times due to the complex login procedure of my app requiring additional further explanation. However, it was finally approved on February 18, 2026.

Regarding Apple's comment on January 26th: "Thank you for your post. We're investigating and will contact you in App Store Connect to provide further assistance. If you continue to experience issues during review, please contact us."

I actually followed the link provided there and requested an "expedited app review" by navigating to "contact us > Get help with a new issue > App Review > request an expedited app review".

Based on my experience, I believe this is the only thing we can do on our end in such situations. I hope your review process concludes successfully as well.
