When use apple login, It always failed, other app developer by me is success, but the new app failed, the code is the same, it tips Sign up not Completed

I have the same error, no actual error code given.
Me too, I'm so upset, what should I do?
This is failing for my new app as well. I hope Apple chimes in and helps resolve it. I've seen lots of threads about this during the past 2-3 days.
