Individual Enrollment Pending for 48+ Hours — No Response
I purchased the Apple Developer Program (Individual) over 48 hours ago. I received the Order Acknowledgement email confirming my US$ 99 payment was processed. However, my account still shows "Purchase your membership" and I have not received any activation email or follow-up. I submitted a support request (Case ID: 30000003529740) but have not received a response. The Apple Developer app also shows "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account," so I enrolled via the website as directed. Could someone from the Developer Program team please review my enrollment? Thank you.

Payment charged and invoiced, but Apple Developer enrollment still shows “Proceed with Purchase”
Hi, I’m enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an individual from Albania. I completed the purchase through the Apple Developer app on iPhone. My credit card was charged, and I already received Apple’s invoice, but my account is still not activated after 5 days. In the app, I saw a message saying a confirmation email would be sent. On the website, when I log in with the same Apple Account, it still shows “Proceed with Purchase.” I already contacted Apple Developer Support and opened a case, but I have not received a response yet. Has anyone had the same issue after payment was already charged and invoiced? Thank you.

Previews for SwiftUI views in Packages don't work in Xcode 26.4
I have an iOS project based on SwiftUI in which almost all code is organised in Packages. With Xcode 26.2 and 26.3, I can preview all SwiftUI views without issues. With Xcode 26.4, the same previews don't work, in the canvas appears this error message: "Cannot preview in this file. Could not find target description for “TaskListView.swift”". The explanation is: "The list of source files that produce object files did not contain this file to be previewed. Check to make sure it is not excluded using the EXCLUDED_SOURCE_FILE_NAMES build setting." If I add a SwiftUI view to the main project files (not in a package), the preview works as expected. Is it an Xcode 26.4 regression? Or do I need to modify some configuration file?

‌Xcode26-built apps cannot run on iPhone 6 or earlier devices‌

Enrollment Payment Stuck in Limbo - Web Pending, Developer App Locked Out
Hi everyone, I'm completely stuck in an enrollment loop and developer support emails have gone unanswered for a week. Hoping an Apple engineer here can flag my account to get this cleared. The Issue: I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program via the web portal (from Israel). The payment went into a "pending" limbo state. It has been a week, my card was never charged, and the enrollment is just stuck. I tried the recommended workaround of finishing the enrollment via the Apple Developer App on my Mac/iPhone. The app blocks me with the error: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I am now caught in a loop where the web portal is frozen waiting for a ghost payment, and the app refuses to let me restart the process. Urgent: Family Controls Entitlement for DeviceActivityMonitorExtension (Parent app already approved)
I am developing a productivity app called "FocusPact" using the Screen Time API (Family Controls). Current Status: The parent app bundle ID (com.hayashikento.FocusPact) has already been approved for the Family Controls (Distribution) entitlement. I have recently submitted a new request for the DeviceActivityMonitorExtension bundle ID: com.hayashikento.FocusPact.FocusPActMonitor. The Issue: Currently, the extension only works while debugging with Xcode (Development entitlement). When the device is disconnected, the intervalWillEndWarning and intervalDidEnd triggers are ignored by the system because the Extension ID lacks the Distribution entitlement. This is a critical blocker for my MVP testing phase on TestFlight, as I cannot verify the core "automatic re-blocking" logic in a real-world environment. Request: Could any Apple staff or engineers help expedite the linking of this extension ID to my existing approved entitlement? Using Xcode Coding Agents with Custom Model Endpoints (Azure Foundry, etc.)
Trying to use the new built-in coding agents in Xcode (Claude / Codex), but running into a limitation with enterprise model setups. Our org accesses models through Microsoft Foundry (Azure-hosted endpoints), and we can connect to those models in Xcode using a custom endpoint / URL. That part works. However, that setup doesn’t seem to work with the built-in coding agents themselves. Those still appear to require direct account login or native API keys, with no way (that I can find) to point them at a custom endpoint or provider-backed deployment. Anyone figured out a way to get the agent experience working with enterprise setups like Foundry (or proxy layers)? Or is that not supported yet?

The future of Rosetta
Hello, From what I have heard, macOS will soon phase out Rosetta. I was wondering if Rosetta will still be available to install separately (instead of being preinstalled). I don't use Rosetta to run applications, because all the applications I use are ARM. However, for my YouTube channel, I often use the -arch x86_64 flag with clang. I do this so I can show the result from objdump and teach x86_64 Assembly, while also running the program through Rosetta. This may be a very niche use case, however I was still curious. Thank you!

I received a payment confirmation, but my enrollment has not been activated after 46 hours. Xcode's built-in AI chat feature (IDEIntelligenceChat) crashes.
According tho Claude, The crash is clearly a bug in Xcode's built-in AI chat feature (IDEIntelligenceChat), not an authentication issue or anything on your end. What the crash log shows: The crash is happening in IDEIntelligenceChat — specifically in ChatInputEditorView.updateView and SourceEditorDataSource.ideChat_gracefullyApplyChangesToReflect. It's a SIGTRAP (assertion/precondition failure) triggered while SwiftUI is trying to lay out the AI chat panel. This is an Apple bug in Xcode 26.2 itself.

When will my developer account be activated?
I have already paid the 99 USD for the enrollment, that was 8 days ago, I don't understand what is happening on the page it says that everything is managed in 48 hours... is there a problem? Additionally, I have generated a claim in Apple Support with caseID 102850171298 4 days ago, and it was not responded to in any way. I'm a little angry, it's not a cheap service and I have to work.

Does your Canvas in Xcode crash all the time due to AXRemoteElement-BackgroundFetch?
Hi everyone, yesterday I updated my macOS and Xcode to the latest versions and today I have the strangest thing: Canvas is always crashing whenever I click it, in any and all my Projects. The full Simulator works just fine; only the Preview Canvas crashes. All the crash reports say it's because of AXRemoteElement-BackgroundFetch, and ChatGPT says it's not because of my code. Migration to Xcode 26: Requirements, Internal Distribution, and Compatibility Concerns
Is it mandatory for all developers to migrate to Xcode 26 starting from April 28, 2026? What happens if a developer submits or distributes a build created using Xcode 16 after April 28, 2026? Will it still be accepted or supported? Our app is distributed only via an internal company portal (not through the App Store). In this case, are we still required to build and distribute the app using Xcode 26 after April 28, 2026? If a hotfix is required before our next planned release (July 2026), how safe is it to use the UIDesignRequiresCompatibility flag as a temporary solution, assuming Xcode 26 becomes mandatory? Are there any risks or limitations associated with this approach? What are the potential issues if a team continues development on Xcode 16 while others have migrated to Xcode 26? For example, could there be compatibility, build, or integration challenges in such a mixed environment? If the UIDesignRequiresCompatibility flag is used as a temporary workaround, what would be the impact if Apple later removes support for this flag, especially with newer iOS versions (e.g., iOS 26+)? Slow launch of app on iOS Simulator 26.4
Each time I launch a Debug version of the app on iOS Simulator, I see the Launch Screen presented and then about a 30-second delay before the app is responsive and debug output appears in the console panel. Filed FB22345091

Choosing Minimum Deployment Targets
My app uses SwiftData so I need at least iOS 17 as the minimum deployment target. When I select iOS 17 in the dropdown it selects iOS 17.6 as the target. However, the newest simulator available is iOS 17.5. Should I set my minimum deployment target to 17.0, 17.5, 17.6, or something else?

Can’t paste into Simulator after updating to Xcode 26.4
After updating to Xcode 26.4 (public release), I’m no longer able to paste from the Mac clipboard into the Simulator. Automatically Sync Pasteboard is on, and I have content on the clipboard, but paste doesn’t work—Cmd+V does nothing, and there’s no Paste option in the context menu. Is anyone else seeing this?
