Hi, Yesterday I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the app (like the website said) and it seemed to work fine. I went through everything in the app and then I had to pay for the service, so I did. (the invoice says Apple Developer Program (Automatic Renewal): $96.99 + VAT). I can see this transaction on my bank statement as well. After finishing the the Developer app said "Wait for an email" or something similar for a day until now it says "Enrollment through the apple developer app is not available for this apple account". I found this odd so I logged in to my account in a browser (on a PC) to see what's up and there it still says if I click my name "Pending". The weird thing is that there is this banner that says "Purchase your membership." and a link to complete my purchase??? As if I did not purchase it yesterday. So in desperation I decided to see what's up and went through this process on my PC now and it took down my order and I got a prompt in the browser to wait 2 days (48 hours). Will I get charged twice? Also this time it prompted the price: $99.

Hi, I have been attempting enroll in Apple Developer program with my organization. As part of the enrollment process, legal authority must be approved by a member of my organization. Shown on page: The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile. This message is confusing when the only information provided is the company name, which exactly matches the D&B profile. We get more information about the error in console than what is shown on the page: "resultCode": 20010, "resultString": "Your organizations information is not complete.", "userString": "Your organizations information is not complete.", "requestUrl": "https://developer.apple.com/services-enrollment/validateDunsDetails", Displaying a clearer error message in line with this would greatly improve user understanding of what went wrong.

I get this error when registering as a developer'Your enrollment could not be completed'

I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment: 1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system 2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through. Questions: How can I restore access to Apple Developer? What should I do about the payment—will it be refunded automatically, or do I need to contact support? We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). I tried it many times with same result. I don't know what is wrong.

I have just started the process of closing down my limited company and would like to change my Apple Developer ID account type from Business (Organization) to Individual to release my apps under my own name. I was planning on releasing software in the App Store under my limited company, but I encountered an issue (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/759605) that has blocked the development for almost a year and Apple has never bothered to fix the issue. This has forced me to close down the company. I have decided I will be releasing the software as an open source project. All I want now is to be able to sign the software using my regular, personal Apple Account ID. However, my Apple Account is currently tied to my company's Organization Developer Account. It is registered as a business with business accounts, the App Store Connect agreements are signed by my company, and everything else on my Developer profile is tied to that company. I do not see the option to close down the company/business account. The only relevant post I found online was here: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/702447 Unfortunately, people mention in the comments that the workaround does not actually work. I have tried reaching Developer Support but had no response via email, and I cannot schedule a call back via the Support page because I cannot verify my overseas phone number. Seems like I have a really tough luck with Apple Developer ecosystem... Has anyone ever managed to do this? Any help much appreciated!

We've been having some troubles to create a new account for apple developer for the company i'm currently working for. The first feedback we got was that I could create my personal account and then transfer the Duns Number for the company account when the problem would be solved. We have the Duns Number, but I can't create the Apple Developer Program because of the following warning: Tell us about your organization. Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? My team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices on our profile and would like to reset the list to remove those that are no longer valid. Currently, our reset date in the developer portal shows March 22nd as the earliest date for a reset. Is it possible to request an earlier reset date? Thanks

Hi recently when I renewed my Developer account, which had expired I found out it takes 24 hours for the active to be renewed. But your account page does not provide notice of this, and was very confusing for me! I had to spend the time to contact support to find this out - can we please just have a 'renewal pending' status instead displayed to our developer's accounts? I would greatly appreciate this! I had previously completed the enrollment process and was approved, but after opening the Apple Developer app on my iPad, the entire progress reset for some reason. I was forced to start the process again from scratch, including submitting all required documents. Last time, my documents were verified and approved within 7 days.
