Hello Apple Developer Community, I am encountering an issue while trying to pay the $119.99 Apple Developer Program fee through the Apple Developer app. I have linked a prepaid card to my Apple ID, which works perfectly fine for other purchases and subscriptions, but I am unable to complete the payment for the developer fee. Here are the details of the issue: Payment Method: Prepaid card connected to my Apple ID. Amount: $119.99 (Apple Developer Program fee). Location: Cameroon. Other Transactions: All other purchases and subscriptions using the same prepaid card have been processed successfully without any issues. When I attempt to pay for the developer fee, the payment doesn’t go through, and I receive an error message (Payment Failed). I’ve verified that my card has sufficient funds and that the information is correctly entered in my Apple ID account settings. Has anyone else faced a similar issue, particularly with prepaid cards or payments in Cameroon? Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated. In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

Since updating to Apple Pay SDK 1.2.0, the Apple Pay button is no longer being rendered. Could you please fix this as soon as possible? From my perspective, the issue is clearly on Apple's side because the button renders correctly when I use Apple Pay SDK 1.1.0. So, the problem lies in your update to: https://applepay.cdn-apple.com/jsapi/1.latest/apple-pay-sdk.js. Additionally, I urgently need a contact option regarding the "AbortError", which has recently started occurring for all our customers. Yes, our Apple Pay integration is web-based and has worked flawlessly until now. In the sandbox, Apple Pay still works perfectly! So why, why, why does it no longer work in the production environment? Could you please provide some indication of the cause? An "AbortError" when calling show() on paymentRequest is not helpful at all.

Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Can you please guide me through what went wrong and how I can try again? Thank you.

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?

I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

Hi, I have an app where user can select an amount within range 20$ - 2500$ and purchase tokens worth that amount, so if he pays 520$ he gets 520 tokens. They can then use these tokens to unlock content within the app. As far as I've seen, in-app purchase doesn't allow custom price set by user. So does this mean we can use third-party payment services? If no, how can we achieve this using in-app purchase. Thank you.

My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

We are yet to launch our iOS Mobile App. However, recently we have also opened our branch in UAE and we want to change all the account details as per UAE’s Branch - Organisation’s name, DUNS Number, etc. I have submitted the change request of the details in the same developer account. Is it alright? How much time does Apple take in this regard? Do we have to create a new account for this or amendments can be made? Best Regards

My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. However, I still haven’t received any further updates, and my enrollment is pending. This delay is becoming critical. Initial Case ID: 102566848930

I‘ve been linking my userids in the backend using the server notifications when users subscribe successfully using appAccountToken. Now i’m introducing an offer code redemption in my app using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet. But i dont see a way to pass my user id for the app token any solution or workaround? Thanks

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] . I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]. (in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings) When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?

Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

We have submitted an application to apply for the Apple Developer account to submit a new app, but its been in the system for 3 months. Despite chasing every other day, its not moving along. Does anyone know how to escalate this in Apple as its causing us a lot of delay.
