Hi, I'm a novice Account Holder and one of my teammate, who's role is already assigned as App Manager, cannot log into Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page, nor adjust his account to Organization Account in Xcode's Apple account setting. I tried to change my personal account to a App Manager to see if this is a general setting stuff but I didn't come across problems above. I am able to not only log into the Certificates page but also change my account setting in Xcode. Is there anything I can do in this situation, or just hand it to Developer Support ?

I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

Hello All I have been trying to enroll on the developer program on behalf of my organization however the enrollement order goes through and we never get a response back. I have tried it on a macbook and iphone 16. Are developer services un allowed for Kenyans or what is going on? As for Customer support, four emails sent to their team with zero response.

Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now? I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts. Thank you, Best regards, Gabriel.

Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Hello. I've moved from France to the UK a year ago and submitted changes regarding my new address and phone number. After several months, my phone number was reverted to the old French one (which I no longer have access to). Since then, I've been trying to update it, submitting numerous support tickets, but have gotten nowhere. Support isn't helpful; they are misunderstanding the Apple Developer phone number with my iCloud number, suggesting I update it myself in the iCloud settings (which is not related at all). One of the tickets was escalated to senior developer support, but I received the same reply: to update the number myself in my iCloud settings (which, again, is not relevant). I log in to my account using a passkey, but I'm still afraid of losing access to my account at any time. Since support is ghosting me, I don't have any other choice left rather but to ask for help here. My ticket number is 102519091037.

Hello. I have already completed the renewal payment on Aug. 8 and the payment is currently in good standing. Please review my situation below: My app has been taken down due to membership expiration. I already renewed on Aug. 8, and the payment went through without issues. I cannot renew. Even when accessing with the owner account, the membership button does not appear — only four buttons (Tools and Resources, Profile, Emails, Agreements) are visible. If I press “Enroll today” as the only option, it moves to a screen saying “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” and I cannot enroll. Thank you.

I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment for my organization about 2 months ago. I received an email stating that Apple needed documentation, which they mentioned in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents” last week. However, I never received this email with the actual document request. I have written several times through the online platform in our account asking Apple to resend this email, but I have not received any reply for over a month. Instead, every Thursday I only receive the same automated email reminding me to upload the documents. I even called Apple Business Support, but they told me they could not help because the Apple Developer team is separate. How can I reach the correct team to resolve this issue?

In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?
