I created my developer account on Wednesday and paid for the subscription straight away, but I’ve been waiting ever since. It says that processing can take up to 48 hours, but I’ve now been waiting for five days and nothing has changed... I’ve contacted customer service but haven’t received a reply. Is this normal?

I have made also request few days back and paid for account but no response on the request or on customer service. There is another post saying that someone is waiting 2 weeks. I am very dissapointed how the process looks like.

I signed up and paid on the 25th. After no response I called apple tech support. 2 hours later. The response is they can’t help me but would push my request up the chain. I just paid a second time thinking it may be a glitch. Honestly this is unacceptable. When my app had a million users will it take three weeks to reach apple when something goes wrong?!?!
