As a hobbyist developer, I develop apps mostly for my own use, and want to try using private cloud compute.
As per https://developer.apple.com/private-cloud-compute I have applied for the App Store Small Business Program.
Am I eligible for this and for pcc access if I have no apps in the App Store? I do have one in Test Flight.
