Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing. Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team. I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers. Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status. I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal? Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My Apple Developer membership has expired and as a result I can't publish app updates and my app is no longer visible on the App Store. I'm trying my best to renew my membership, but there is no "Renew" button where it should be, as reported by multiple sources from Apple. I've tried web, the Developer on macOS, the Developer app on iOS, but there is nowhere a "Renew" button to be found. If I login with another (old) account I can see the renew button where there is none on my other account. I've contacted Apple Developer support, but they are not responding. Seems like I'm stuck. Does anyone have experience with this particular problem? How did you solve this problem?

My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again. Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. Could a possible solution be delegating the work to other groups? Could the employees in physical stores be included in this work, if the staff allocated to this in head office are not sufficient?

There's a growing number of users waiting weeks and some over a month who have paid for a developer account and are not receiving what they paid for. When trying to reach out to Apple they are ignored and never answered. Some would label this theft or fraud. Whats going on?

The posts I'm reading here are very discouraging. So many people trying to get into the program, even people that have paid and can't get any support. I've been an Apple developer for 15 years now. I've had various business developer accounts over the years. I've developed in my own name and for customers. This is the first time in a while that I had to get a new business developer account. I applied only a few days ago, so I'm not concerned yet but I don't know why this is so difficult. The posts that I'm reading her here are very discouraging. Why can't we get support on this? Very disappointing. What is happening to Apple? I'd like to get my account, and I'd like all these other people to get some help too. But this form looks completely abandoned.

Hi, On Jan 23 I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership via the Apple Developer app on iPhone. The payment went through successfully and I received the confirmation email and invoice. However, when I sign in to developer.apple.com, my account still shows “Pending” and redirects me to “Purchase your membership / Complete your purchase”, asking me to pay again. My Apple ID subscriptions page shows the Developer membership as active (with an end date), but: Developer portal: Pending, prompts to purchase again Apple Developer app (Account screen): still shows Enroll Now / membership not active The web flow displays an Enrollment ID (I can share masked) What I’ve tried: Confirmed I’m using the same Apple ID everywhere Signed out, cleared cookies, tried private/incognito browser Waited well beyond 48 hours (it’s been ~1 week) I do not want to pay twice. This looks like a duplicate/unfinished enrollment or the paid membership not being properly attached/activated for my Apple ID. Has anyone experienced this and found a workaround? Any advice on the fastest way to get Apple to attach/activate the paid membership and close the pending enrollment? Thanks.

Plus button is not showing to create a new identifier. Tried Windows+Firefox, Windows+Chrome, Mac+Chrome and Mac+Safari. With none of those combinations I've been able to see the button.
