Feedbacks get closed if they cannot be reliably reproduced
It’s very frustrating when in a feedback I specify that I cannot reliably reproduce it and the feedback gets closed with the message “Since this issue cannot be reproduced, this report has been closed”, e.g. FB18985938. Is Apple not interested in hearing about issues that cannot be reliably reproduced? Many issues unfortunately depend on a variety of factors and it’s often impossible for third-party developers or users to figure out how to reliably reproduce them. Usually these kind of issues get addressed by e.g. adding more logging so that the next time it happens it's easier to find out what's causing it. Then the last part of the message “Please file a new report with a sysdiagnose if you encounter this issue again” sounds like I’m being teased, because what use is a new sysdiagnose if I still cannot reproduce it reliably? It will just be closed like the last one. I created FB20595673 for this issue.

“Too many verification codes sent” error – 2FA SMS never arrives on standard login
Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see: too many verification codes sent At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited from one to seven days and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS. I’ve double-checked that: My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings. My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages. Steps to reproduce: Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.” Enter Apple ID and password. Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.” No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help. Expected behavior: Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number. After entering it, I can complete the login flow. Actual behavior: I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly. I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying. Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Request Apple to reopen the signature verification for iOS 18 officially.
I don't know English, so I used a translation software. Please excuse me. The verification will be closed in September this time. It's really too fast. After I experienced iOS 26, I found that I couldn't go back to iOS 18. iOS 26 still has many immature aspects. You can't trap users in an unfinished system. Look at these two images. It's easy to notice that the background blur effect in the iOS 26 control center appears cheaper compared to the background blur in iOS 18. It's a pity that the uploaded images have to be compressed, making the differences less obvious in the preview. Besides this, iOS 26 still has many imperfections. For example, when long-pressing the Wi-Fi button, the pop-up Wi-Fi options do not have the liquid glass effect. Additionally, there is a brief color issue after closing this Wi-Fi menu. I'm not sure if the previous translations fully conveyed the message, but I sincerely hope Apple can temporarily reopen the signing verification for iOS 18 to allow users to downgrade. The current iOS 26 still has many unresolved bugs, and users do not want to use an unfinished system. Please, we are pleading for this.

Failed to submit my application for my Apple Developer Account
I am trying to have an Apple developer account, but when I submit the payment it says that the bank didn’t authorise my transaction, which is not true because I already spoke to the bank and they say they didn’t get a notification of any transaction and they didn’t block anything. I believe the error is on Apple's side and I would be very happy to have any support, especially since I can’t reach to Apple via call and I can’t find their email. Thank you

Apple developer program membership issue
Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

Unable to Complete Apple Developer Enrollment – No Response After Payment
Developer Tools & ServicesHello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I’ve run into repeated issues and haven’t received any response or confirmation. Here’s what I’ve tried: I created a new Apple ID with my real name (first and last name). Enabled two-factor authentication. Verified that my billing and shipping addresses are complete. Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone. Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing. No charges appear on my bank account either. I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply. I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card. At this point, I’m unsure what’s going wrong or if my enrollment is blocked. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed or get a response from Apple? Thank you in advance. Best regards

App transferred but app Bundle Id not transferred
When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

Charged for Renewals Despite Being Under Review for 13 Months
Hello everyone. I'm hoping to get some guidance on a unique and difficult situation we've been facing for over a year. Our app was approved and had been live on the App Store for some time. However, 13 months ago, our developer account enrollment was revoked. Since then, our app has remained live on the App Store, but we've been unable to make any updates, fix bugs, or respond to user feedback. We've been trying to resolve this with Apple for over a year, sending countless emails and making numerous phone calls, but we've had no luck getting through to anyone who can help. To make matters even more confusing, we were recently charged for our annual developer program renewal, despite being unable to use the service. This renewal charge has left us in an unclear position. We were starting to lose hope that this issue could ever be resolved, but this recent charge has made us wonder if there's still a chance. We are seeking advice on whether we should continue to hold out hope or if this is a sign we should move on. If anyone has experience with a similar issue or knows of an effective way to escalate this matter to the right people at Apple, your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and any help you can offer.

Getting invalid_client error when using Sign in with Apple (Web) via Firebase
I'm currently facing an issue while integrating Sign in with Apple on a Firebase web app using JavaScript. ✅ What I’ve done: Created a Service ID Created an App ID and enabled Sign in with Apple Linked the Service ID to the App ID under Web Authentication Configuration and also add these Domains and sub-domains: apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com Registered return URL: https://apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler Generated a key with Sign in with Apple capability and added: Key ID Team ID Private Key Client ID (Service ID not App ID) all in the Firebase Auth Apple Sign-In configuration I’ve tried multiple test projects and keys, including deleting and recreating everything, but I still consistently receive this error: invalid_client 🔎 Additional Details: The client_id in the auth request matches the Service ID exactly I’m not using an iOS app — this is purely web-based Sign in with Apple I am using a valid Apple Developer account enrolled in the program What could be the reason Apple keeps returning invalid_client even though all configuration seems correct? Please help us to resolve the issue. We are ready to connect for a call too. Thanks

Convert from individual to organization membership
Hi all, I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple. Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice. It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I completed the enrollment for my company in 2024
Hi! I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it. On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! It is not clear what to do in such a situation?! I will be grateful for any help!

Payment for developer account not approved
I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this. I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. I'm not from the US
