I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing. My situation: Applied over 20 days ago Resubmitted application once Zero communication from Apple No status updates or timeline provided This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants. Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved? I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program membership. The payment was successful, and Apple Support confirmed that I already have a membership (Case ID: 102656430038). However, my account still doesn’t show any developer privileges, and I’m unable to access the program features. When I try to re-purchase, I get a message saying I already have a membership. Later, I received a message from Developer Support stating that my enrollment couldn’t be completed, with no clear explanation. Has anyone else faced this issue? Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

For un unknown reason, my Apple ID has been blocked. Since I can not connect anymore to my developer account ! I've asked to unblock it (iforgot.apple.com) but according to support the unblock sequence is not send because this Apple ID is in used. Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating delay with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate the issue. I had previously completed the enrollment process and was approved, but after opening the Apple Developer app on my iPad, the entire progress reset for some reason. I was forced to start the process again from scratch, including submitting all required documents. Last time, my documents were verified and approved within 7 days. However, this time, it’s been over a month since I submitted my documents and there's been no progress. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they responded saying it would take an “undetermined amount of time,” without providing any explanation, timeline, or guidance. That’s extremely concerning, especially since I’ve already gone through this once before. This delay is affecting my ability to move forward with game releases and business plans. I’m more than willing to provide any additional documentation if needed, but I’m currently stuck with no idea what’s going on. I have not been able to update the TestFlight Test Information. I keep getting the error "Make sure the contact phone number only contains numbers and try again" even when only number are entered. I've tried on Safari, Chrome and from the Connect App and all give the same error. I would like to push my App for testing to some external beta testers but can't since Contact Information is required for this.

Hi, I have setup Apple SignIn on a platform i am developing and configure all the required Service IDs and redirect URLs. The integration worked up until I moved the platform to a new domain name last friday. I have reconfigured the list of allowed domains and redirect urls to the new domain name, and removed all the mentions of the former one. Since then, when trying to Sign In with Apple, I am greated with the following error : " invalid_request - Invalid web redirect url". I have also observed that if i manually change the domain name in the redirect_uri parameter but keep the rest of the OAuth URL identical, the error disappears. This should not be possible since the former domain name has been completely removed from the Service ID configuration. Is there a propagation time for this ? And if so, it seems very long (5 days and pending). I have checked and rechecked and tripled checked my configuration, every time by going in my dev account > Identifiers > Service IDs > Sign In with Apple > Configure, then clicking Done > Continue > Save. I can confirm that : the redirect domains and URLs there are correct, and no mention of the former domain name is present I can still login using the former domain redirect urls (so my implementation is valid, but the configuration is not up to date) the new redirect urls are still not working as of now https is included in the redirect_urls, no trailing slash is present. again, the same URLs but with a different domain name were configured and worked (if anything, still work) properly TLS 1.3 connection (i know 1.2 is a requirement) Any advice would be welcome

Hi i have been trying to enroll in an apple developer program I have made the payment 99$ and it has been deducted from the credit card. I got a message saying you will recieve an email soon. Would like to know whats the process after that and why is enrollment in the apple developer programm a bit diffcuilt.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. Hey guys, did someone tried recently to migrate membership from an individual to an organisation? I initiated the process on 1st of May, and as final step sent confirmation documents on 7th of May. Since then I don't have any updates, tried to contact support, but they said that they can't help as legal team is reviewing. So I wanted to ask is it ok to wait for 6 weeks? I thought this would take 2-4 weeks

This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk.
