When will my developer account be activated?
I have already paid the 99 USD for the enrollment, that was 8 days ago, I don't understand what is happening on the page it says that everything is managed in 48 hours... is there a problem? Additionally, I have generated a claim in Apple Support with caseID 102850171298 4 days ago, and it was not responded to in any way. I'm a little angry, it's not a cheap service and I have to work.

Should I enroll in Apple Developer Program with Apple ID set to U.S. if I need Germany for tax purposes?
Hello everyone, I am looking for advice from anyone who has experience with Apple Developer account setup across countries. My Apple account is currently associated with the United States, but I live in Germany and would like my Apple Developer setup to be associated with Germany for tax and administrative reasons. At the moment, I have not enrolled yet in the Apple Developer Program, because I am hesitant to proceed while the account is still tied to the U.S. I want to avoid creating complications later around tax information, billing or account maintenance. My app is essentially ready, so I am trying to make the right decision before enrolling. I would really appreciate guidance on a few points: Has anyone enrolled first and then later changed the country association successfully? Is it better to update the Apple account to Germany before joining the Developer Program? For developers based in Germany, did Apple require anything specific for tax or identity verification? Would enrolling with the account still associated with the U.S. create problems later for App Store Connect, payments or tax forms? I contacted Apple Support on March 21st to clarify this, but I have not yet received a response, so I thought I would ask here in case others have gone through the same process. Any advice or shared experience would be very helpful. Thank you!

Payment completed but Apple Developer Program still not activated
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on March 22, 2026 and the payment has already been successfully charged. I also received an invoice the next day (March 23, 2026). However, my account is still not activated, and the system continues to prompt me to complete the enrollment or make the payment again. Is this a normal delay in activation? How long does it usually take for the account to be activated after payment? Do I need to take any additional steps, or should I contact support directly? Thank you for your assistance.

realice un pago para el apple developer program. el cual ya fue cargado el cobro y aprobado por el banco pero no recibo autorización o respuestas de apple solo envían un link para que les envié un correo nuevamente dejándome en un circulo infinito de NADA, al borde de una demanda por parte de los inversionistas que están financiando la app en desarrollo. aunque la atencion por parte del call center es buena no pueden resolver los problemas solo me cambian entre departamentos

developer account payment verification
iam new in Apple Develper account. i create a account fill the form, and add the payment, after payment form completion, i recieved the email that your account is verified with in 48 hours, afetr 48 hours when i login again into my developer account, again the payment form is opening and showing my account is not completed, now the problem is that i think, developer account is my personal but the payment account i added its clients account so it is possible that apple will approve my account?

Subject: Unable to Complete Apple Developer Registration – No Clear Reason Provided Hello, I am currently trying to register for an Apple Developer account, but I keep receiving the following response: "We are unable to process your enrollment for one or more reasons." I contacted support to ask for the specific reason, but the reply I received was exactly the same message: "We are unable to process your enrollment for one or more reasons." According to the emails and support responses, I am unable to get any clear explanation or solution. The app directs me to contact customer service, but customer service only repeats the same message, which makes it impossible to resolve the issue. At this point, I personally cannot think of any possible reason that would cause this problem. Even after reaching out multiple times, including to senior support staff, I still receive the same generic response without any details. This situation feels completely blocked with no way forward. I would like to ask: Is there any way to find out the specific reason for the rejection? Are there any steps I can take to resolve this issue and successfully complete the registration? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Apple Developer account was registered with a company Gmail address that has since been permanently deleted. Now when I try to log in, I reach the 2FA step but the verification code is no longer sent to my registered phone number. I am completely locked out. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to contact Apple to recover access?

URGENT: No Account Holder Access – Cannot Accept Agreement – Production Blocked
We are facing a critical issue with our Apple Developer account that is currently blocking app releases. Context: Organization account (Apple Developer Program) Account Holder: Ben Kunkel Apple Business Manager integrated with Okta (SCIM) Issue: The original Account Holder was deleted from Apple Business Manager and re-created via SCIM The recreated account now shows as “Staff” (Source: Custom Sync) and cannot be modified In Apple Developer, Ben is still listed as Account Holder but does not see any options to accept agreements or manage the account A transfer request was initiated to me before he left the company, but I am unable to complete identity verification (“Invalid Submission” error) Result: No active Account Holder can take action Unable to accept the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement App submissions and updates are blocked (production impact) This appears to be a cross-system identity mismatch between Apple Business Manager and Apple Developer due to SCIM provisioning. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any guidance on resolving this or getting it escalated internally would be greatly appreciated. We already have open cases with Apple Support, but progress has been slow. Thanks in advance.

Developer Appstore Enrollment in Review - FL44QTK67R., Case Id - 102847803343
My developer enrollment(L297KTAW5F) was initiated on 10March and when the Enrollment in review was completed and when i did the payment in tab, the payment didn't go anywhere and it was totally stuck. Though the payment gone from my account, the enrollment was stuck and later in 3 days, the payment was reverted to my account. So no issues on the payment side. Now again when i opened Developer app, i was asked to do the enrollment again(FL44QTK67R). Now the enrollment is stuck in review and I opened a case id - 102847803343, and I got a email a day later asking to upload few documents which I did immediately. Since then I had been following up on email to update about the enrollment and no response yet. When playstore could do it in 2 days time, a company like apple giving a tough time with no options for a resolution is terrible.

Failed to Purchase Developer Account although enrollment was successful
Good Afternoon, I received an official email from Apple saying "Your enrollment request has been accepted. To complete your organization's enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, please sign in to your developer account to review and accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, and complete your membership purchase." However as i reach the payment page and enter my credit card details, it rejects the credit card, Things i have tried: Payment with 3 other credit cards over 3 different devices (incase any of that was an affecting factor) Using an apple device to reach the payment page Waiting 1.5 weeks incase it is a server issue

Today marks 7 weeks of waiting for my enrollment confirmation. Imagine being one of the world's largest companies, yet people who want to cooperate with you have to wait 7 weeks or more just to get developer status. I am speechless… how much longer can this continue? This is not meant as criticism, but simply a cry from my soul as a developer who just wants to start working

Hi Apple Developer Support team, I am writing because I have exhausted every available support channel and need urgent manual intervention. Organization: Bedrock Residences Limited Apple ID: Temitope Moronkeji Case ID: 102844508761 Enrollment ID 333LLR3M2M Issue started: March 14, 2026 What happened: I enrolled Bedrock Residences Limited in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. I have completed the $99 payment twice. Both times I received the purchase acknowledgement email confirming the order. Neither time did I receive the membership confirmation email. My account has remained on Pending status for over 10 days. What I have tried: Contacted Apple Developer Support via email on March 14 and March 20 Zero response on both occasions The support portal will not allow me to reply to or update Case ID 102844508761 The "Get More Help" option on the support page does not allow me to submit a new request Current status: Account shows Pending "Complete your purchase" prompt still appears despite two completed payments No access to App Store Connect No membership confirmation email received on either attempt Two $99 charges on my card with nothing to show for it This is blocking an active iOS app launch for our organization. Based on reports from other developers on this forum, this appears to be a backend activation failure on Apple's side and requires manual intervention by the Developer Enrollment team. I am requesting: Manual activation of the Bedrock Residences Limited developer account Confirmation of which payment to apply and refund of the duplicate charge A direct callback or email response — not an automated reply I have been patient for 10 days. Delayed Developer Account Activation After payment
My sister paid for my Apple developer account with her credit card on the 12th of March, 2026. Apple promised to work on the account within 48 hours. Its been 11 days now and nothing from Apple. I even semt a support request email which was supposed to be responded to within 48 hours too, but nothing after days. Its quiet disappointing that it takes this long to verify a service I'm paying for. Google charges 25 dollars and still managed to activate a developers account almost immediately. Yet, 99 USD with apple amd this delay is what I get. This is wrong Please help review my account and activate my profile Thank you

I represent a business who is trying to enroll into the Apple Developer Program. We already have a business account with Apple. Through our business account I have signed up for and provided all of the requested documentation for the Apple Developer Program. I am not the owner of the business, but I am qualified to take these actions on behalf of the business. The enrollment is pending verification since Friday. Just curious if there is anything I can do to move this along? Thank you.

Payment Confirmed but Apple Account Still Locked – No Support Response
I received the email confirming that I paid for my Apple account, but my account was never unlocked. I’ve already sent emails and requested phone support, but I haven’t been able to get help through any of these methods. I paid with my Visa card. Does anyone know what to do?
