Issue with Top-Up Flow on iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 18.6.2) in TestFlight
Hi Apple Team and Developers, I’ve been testing the Top-up flow in our app via the TestFlight environment. Across multiple devices (around 10 tested), everything works fine with no issues. However, on one specific device — iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 18.6.2 — I’ve noticed an intermittent issue: When performing a Top-up, the Apple UI first shows a successful purchase confirmation. Immediately afterward, another UI prompt appears asking the player to re-enter their Apple ID password. At the same time, Apple returns a ghost string that we cannot use to verify the user’s package bundle ID. This creates potential confusion for users, as they see both a success confirmation and an unexpected password prompt. I’m unsure if this behavior is expected or if there’s a recommended way to handle or prevent this issue. Has anyone else encountered something similar, or does Apple have a suggested fix/workaround for this? In-app provisioning for Apple Pay
We created apps for many credit unions in Canada. Some of those apps has the feature to directly add users' debit cards to Apple Wallet (which is called by Apple as "in-app provisioning"). The feature has been working fine for at least 6 years for many credit unions. Recently, after updating one of those existing apps, we found out that the in-app provisioning is no longer working. Found it very strange, as we didn't touch the code base related to this feature for a very long time. One thing we found out is that the option to add in-app provisioning entitlement is missing during generating "provisioning profile" for the app. Is this a misconfiguration by App? Or do we need to request for additional entitlement migration as mentioned in the page: https://developer.apple.com/help/account/reference/provisioning-with-managed-capabilities ? Apple, please help, it's rather urgent.

Domain Verification and applePayCapabilities
We have verified our domain but if the file is removed from the deployed site after verification will this impact using ApplePaySession.applePayCapabilities in real time? We use that method from the JS api in our React app to determine whether or not to show the apple pay button. When that function is called in the browser, do the apple servers ping the https://our.domain.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association URL at that time? Or do they check for it periodically? The reason for asking is that with our many environments we wonder if we can verify each environment's domain by adding the file once. The file will be wiped out by our CICD process as it goes up the environment stack through our development workflow. Or do we need to maintain that file for each environment and add something to our build process?

Card details in the Wallet app shows as "Something went wrong. Try again later"
I'm encountering an issue with Apple Pay on both Wallet and the Watch app where the app name is not showing up on the back of the payment card(Card details). The pass was successfully provisioned, and everything seems to be working, but the expected app name or brand isn't displayed, and instead, I see the generic "Something went wrong. Try again Later" message. Do we need to configure something to get this displayed in Wallet app?

Integrating Apple Pay into an HTML inline frame (iframe) on your website
iOS 16 and earlier On iOS 16 and earlier, Apple Pay on the Web required Safari—and all interactions with the Apple Pay API to come from the parent/top level page. In order to facilitate the Apple Pay button in an HTML inline frame (iframe), there will need to be cross frame communication between the child and parent pages. Cross frame communication should be secure and robust, therefore the use of postMessage for this purpose is recommended. The expectation is for all communication with Apple Pay to occur from the parent page, so the iframe must relay all Apple Pay related events to the parent to handle. Some examples: Apple Pay availability: The parent calls applePayCapabilities, then sends the message of the response to the iframe, which then uses the value to toggle the visibility of the Apple Pay button. Apple Pay session: The iframe receives an onclick() event when the Apple Pay button is clicked and sends the message to the parent (providing details about the transaction). The parent create the payment request to obtain the session validation URL, and eventually receive session credentials and invokes completeMerchantValidation() to prevent the payment sheet. After the payment is authorized by the Payment Service Provider (PSP), the parent either: Redirects the parent page to a payment success page; or Sends a message to the iframe to complete the transaction flow itself. iOS 17 and later On IOS 17 and later, the iframe HTML element should include the allow="payment" attribute, which should facilitate the cross frame communications instead of needing a dedicated JavaScript library. This means all of the Apple Pay code/calls can reside in the iframe page—which is typically a hosted page from a Payment Service Provider (PSP), all the parent page—typically a merchant—has to do is add the attribute mentioned above to the iframe element. Important: Regardless of the iOS version, the PSP/merchant always needs to make sure the parent page domain is the one registered in the Developer portal, and used in the request to generate a merchant session via ApplePaySession. Apple Pay on the Web for Insurance Renewals
Our company sells insurance and we'd like to offer annual renewals via Apple Pay on the Web. Most of the docs seem to point towards using recurringpaymentrequest but this method required an amount value which would only be calculated at renewal time. It appears that Shopify is doing something akin to what we want where they do auto payments so my question is can we do annual payments with unknown renewal prices with Apple Pay for Web ? What we cannot do is show the renewal price like this as it being insurance is almost certain to change. Issue with Wallet App: Deep Linking Fails on First Attempt but Works on Second
Hello, We have implemented In-App Verification using both SMS and mobile app options. While SMS functions as expected, selecting the mobile app for verification in the Wallet app does not open our app on the first attempt. Instead, the verification window simply dismisses. However, if I select "Complete Verification" again and choose the mobile app, deep linking works as expected, and our app opens correctly. This issue occurs with any bank card and app I’ve tested in Wallet. Could this be a bug in the Wallet app where deep linking fails on the first attempt but works on the second?

Apple Pay Domain Verification: .txt Extension Confusion
Hi all, I’m running into a confusing issue with Apple Pay domain verification. Apple’s documentation says to host the verification file at: https://yourdomain.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association And the portal itself seems to expect the file to be served with .txt extension during verification. My first verification passed, but subsequent checks are failing — and I’m wondering if this mismatch is the cause. Should I Keep the .txt and configure my server to serve it at both paths? Unable to verify the merchant domain after renewing the SSL
Hi, We're experiencing an issue with verifying our domain for Apple Pay on the web. It's currently stuck in the "Pending" state despite meeting the listed requirements. The domain in question has been verified once successfully but one month later when we renewed the SSL, we were unable to verify the domain again. Please note that the new certificate's CA chain has been changed. suppressing express mode when using widget
we are currently using the requestAutomaticPassPresentationSuppression API in my app. to prevent the Wallet interface from appearing when an NFC/RF reader is detected during active app usage. Recently, a new transit card supporting Express Mode (T-money Transit Card) was released in Korea, and we are seeing an increasing number of users enabling Express Mode. However, this has introduced an issue where users are unable to use the BLE-based functionality we provide via our widget. Specifically, when the user taps our widget, it triggers a BLE signal broadcast for approximately 10 seconds. In this scenario, when the user brings their iPhone close to our reader, Express Mode is activated before the BLE interaction can be established. This prevents the BLE signal from being successfully received and processed. We would like to ask: Is it possible to suppress Express Mode behavior (similar to requestAutomaticPassPresentationSuppression) even when the app is launched via a widget interaction? Alternatively, is there any way to delay or defer Express Mode activation temporarily when launching from a widget or during BLE communication? We would appreciate any guidance or best practices you can share regarding this scenario. Thank you.

Payment not completed in Apple Pay
We have an Apple Pay account and have successfully created and verified the payment processing certificate in our Apple Developer account. When initiating an Apple Pay payment, the Apple session is created successfully with the correct data return from api , but it is not accepted with the error: “Payment not completed.” The issue occurs even though the merchant validation step works without errors. Why is the Apple Wallet Url Verification different between the ios18 and ios26
Basic information: The issuer has implemented the feature to active Apple Card via URL Verification. The feature implemented by issuer is supported both in the APP and Clips. When Apple queries the activation method from UnionPay, UnionPay returns the "URL" activation method to Apple. Additionally, the apple-app-site-association file has been correctly deployed, and the configuration for Universal Links has been completed. Both the APP and Clips have undergone testing for Universal Link calls. The desired experiece is that when the APP is installed, Apple Wallet launches the APP, and the user completes the activation within the APP, and if the APP is not installed, Apple Wallet calls Clips, and the user completes the activation in Clips. Problem description: Under iOS 17 and iOS 18, when triggering Apple Pay card activation, the APP or Clips can be called as expected, and the activation can be completed well. However, Under iOS 26, regardless of whether the APP is installed, under the same circumstances, an internal browser within Apple Wallet opens to access the H5 page corresponding to the URL, instead of redirecting to the APP or Clips. Please assist in confirming whether this is a new feature of iOS 26 and how the same user experience can be achieved.

iPhone iWatch sending ATQB response during ECP polling causing detection of collision
Hi Support, When the applepay express transit option is used on emv payment cards, like this iPhone - Open “Settings” → “Wallet & Apple Pay” → “Express Transit Card”. And a emv single card has been enabled under Express Transit And on transit reader Apple Enhanced contactless Polling support is provided, ( with VAS not supported, user authentciation not supported) Sometimes ATQB response also comes from the iPhone or iWatch instead of the ATQA response, and then it causes the transit reader to report as collision error in the polling. Apple Pay integration in our app
Hi, We have app in which we take donations from people and send to non-profit organisations. I have read that Apple Pay can be integrated on non profit platforms to take donations, but we are middle man, we are not non profit .. we take donations, cut our platform fees and then sent to donations to non profit orgs. My question is can we integrate Apple Pay in our iOS app to take donations from apple? as we have integrated Apple Pay on the web.
