I am requesting guidance regarding an unresolved Apple Developer Program renewal issue.
My Individual membership expired on July 10, 2021. I previously submitted support requests, including Case #102854085591, but I still do not have a clear resolution as of April 1, 2026.

Could Apple please clarify:
- Whether this membership can still be renewed
