When ever i accect Transfer the app it's said i need to sign the Alternative Terms Addendum for Apps in the EU even though i already sign it. Please help

I signed the terms on https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/alternative-eu-terms-addendum/ but still now working
I am also facing this issue, have logged a ticket with apple and have not had a response yet.
Was wondering if anybody on this thread had and success in getting past this.
I have signed the terms as it keeps asking , and the loop continues to ask to accept
I am having the same issue and logged a ticket. The response I received is that this is a known issue and they are working on it - unfortunately no timeline for a resolution.
The app being transferred is a part of an acquisition and I will be unable to push a new version with updated API keys for cloud services before they expire.
Having the same issues. Support let me know they were aware of and looking into it and linked this thread.... Not exactly promising
