Setup: Xcode 26.3. MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1 Signed in for Coding Intelligence with Claude Pro plan.

For the first 3 prompts Claude responded normally. Afterwards it always responds with "Your request couldn't be completed."

Additional information: I cancelled a prompt. After cancelling the prompt the error consistently occurred. Before cancelling the prompt the error did not occur.

The error happens exactly when requesting to create a document. It looks like Claude is replying some document information to Xcode and Xcode cannot handle the information because it cannot be decoded as TextEditorCommand.
